The Link's Newly Launched Restaurants Guide - "Link the Tastes"

民以食為天,領匯商場食肆琳瑯滿目,由地道小食以至各地佳餚一應俱全,成為左鄰右里用膳的好地方。其中有不少食肆已具多年歷史,盛載香港人的生活點滴和文化價值,細說著一個個典型的香港故事,孕育出獨有的香港精神。為此,我們首次策劃連串飲食文化推廣活動,引領愛吃一族來尋找美味及人情味。

The cafes and restaurants within The Link's malls offer a variety of delicious options to all. Some of these dinning outlets have been around for decades and many fond memories and cultural qualities of Hong Kong lives have been preserved through them. Inspired by these tenant cases, The Link launched a host of events for all who love to eat and feature wonderful stories and scrumptious flavours.

為重點吸納更多愛吃一族到領匯商場,我們特別夥拍潮流雜誌《飲食男女》,推出《我們的尋味時光》飲食指南,並特別請來食家紀曉華及 DJ 阮小儀,帶領讀者走訪多間遍佈各區商場的老字號、地方小菜,以至特色食店,讓大家回味兒時美食之餘,也由店主分享多年奮鬥故事,細說餐廳幾代情。市民亦可更融入社區,感受香港的飲食文化風情及情懷;即日起在領匯指定商場消費滿港幣50元,可免費換領一本。

我們又首次夥拍向來重視及積極推廣香港文化的家品品牌 G.O.D.,合推以懷舊文具為設計靈感的The Link X G.O.D.「我們的尋味時光」中式限量餐具套裝。

餐具中的筷子是我們小時候常用的鉛筆,筷子座則是沙膠,還有印有萬字夾及橡筋圖案的飯碗,再用上六、七十年代的拍子簿作餐巾及包裝,全套以文具形式展現,值得收藏!

為加強領匯飲食天書文化體驗,我們首次邀請大受中外年輕人歡迎、專辦另類文化旅行團的「Secret Tour」,合辦「領匯 x Secret Tour 沙田尋味之旅」,帶領一群不同背景兼具感染力的年青人漫遊沙田,尋覓該區具地道特色及鮮為人知的人情故事,了解沙田獨有的文化和歷史。參加者還會拜訪領匯商場內四家老字號食肆,讓年輕人重新體驗舊日滋味,感受香港地道的飲食文化及歷程。

領匯首度與本地潮流品牌 G.O.D.「住好啲」crossover合作,希望藉著品牌的出位創意及潮流觸覺,吸納一批熱愛文化的年輕潮人。G.O.D.創辦人楊志超一向喜歡以懷舊元素融入新派概念設計產品,靈感多來自舊香港的生活點滴,尤其是屋邨文化,深得年輕潮人的追捧。

楊志超提到:「由於領匯旗下不少商場都藏著很有歷史、富懷舊味道的食肆, 只需注入創新元素,便會變成一種獨特的文化產品,於是有將飲食文化與生活用品兩者結合的構思。」 在構思過程中,雙方團隊想到小時候的快樂時刻及收藏文具的興趣,但舊式文具卻漸漸式微。為重拾那種童年回憶,團隊便設計了一套以懷舊文具為主題的中式餐具,當中都是以小學生活為主題,餐具中的筷子是我們小時候常用的鉛筆,筷子座則是沙膠,還有印有萬字夾及橡筋圖案的飯碗,再用上六、七十年代的拍子簿作餐巾及包裝,全套以文具形式展現,希望可以讓大家回味小時候的快樂時光,延續屬於香港人的尋味時刻,吸引各個年齡層的食客消費換領。

領匯首次與英國單車名廠品牌STRiDA展開策略性合作,領匯市場策劃及推廣主管黃端華表示,由於STRiDA被喻為單車界的Dream Bike,品牌曾經囊括很多世界性獎項,期望今次合作能有效宣揚健康運動文化,吸納更廣泛的單車愛好者客群,發掘綠色生活商機。現率先於3月在旗下三個商場提供 領匯 × STRiDA特別版單車及其他單車工具免費借用服務,希望吸納一批單車發燒友到商場飲食消費,齊齊響應低碳生活。

經常以單車代步及用作上班交通工具的 STRiDA 亞太區項目董事香富立說:「好高興被領匯邀請成為今次的合作夥伴。今次與擁有完善商場網絡的領匯合作推出服務,除進一步宣揚單車文化及推動香港綠色低碳生活外,希望可帶起牽頭作用,在不久的將來香港可以如荷蘭等國家般,成為單車普及的城市。」

To help advance a cycling culture, The Link, in partnership with UK bicycle brand, STRiDA, launched a bicycle and toolkit lending service at The Link's malls.

Hilda Wong, Head of Marketing of The Link said the programme will attract bikers to come and further promote green living to the community through the collaboration with STRiDA.

Philip Heung, Asia Pacific Project Director of STRiDA, says that in collaboration with The Link and with its excellent network of shopping centres, the company wishes to take the lead in promoting this environment-friendly mode of transport in Hong Kong.

今年的情人節,領匯請來人氣爆燈的「超級巨聲幫」到樂富廣場獻唱冧歌,令商場擠滿年輕擁躉,丁財兩旺。此外,我們又為情侶們營造法式浪漫氣氛,不但把法國著名景點「情人牆」搬到樂富廣場及赤柱廣場,還為他們準備甜蜜照片拍攝及法式甜點換領活動,綻放動人魅力,為愛侶送上浪漫花都情人節。

On Valentine's Day, celebrity singers from TVB's "The Voice" performed love songs at Lok Fu Plaza and drew a huge crowd of fans. The Link also recreated the famous Paris's attraction "The Love Wall" at Lok Fu Plaza and Stanley Plaza. Shoppers at these two malls could redeem macaroon and free photo shooting service upon purchase.

情人節期間,領匯不但把法國「情人牆」搬到6個商場包括樂富廣場及赤柱廣場,還讓戀人們遊走巴黎鐵塔、大型棉花糖和 Cupcake 佈置之中,體驗法式浪漫。情侶們不但可以在「情人牆」上寫下愛的宣言,還有專人為消費滿500元的情侶們在戀愛照相館,免費拍照留念,並送上限定情人節相架,吸引大批一雙一對的情侶及夫婦於商場消費留倩影。

Over the Valentine's Day period, The Link recreated "The Love Wall" at 6 shopping centres including Lok Fu Plaza and Stanley Plaza. Lovers could leave their words of love on the wall, next to the festive decorations featuring giant macaroon and a model of the Eiffel Tower. In addition, there were also free instant photo service for lovers upon purchase at the shopping centres.

Shoppers with purchases of HK$500 or more could redeem a box of French macaroons at seven of The Link's malls. In addition, the top ten pairs of spenders (in accumulated spending) also had the chance to enjoy a complimentary candlelit dinner at Stanley Plaza on Valentine's Day.

我們為熱愛音樂的年輕情侶呈獻「領匯Love Love 巨聲音樂會」,找來8位人氣「超級巨聲幫」,包括極受歡迎的林欣彤、許廷鏗、胡鴻鈞等,親臨樂富廣場獻唱醉人情歌,並與情侶大玩遊戲,送上情人節禮物,成功吸引過千名年輕粉絲支持,逼爆商場。

The Link presented the "Love The Super Voice Music Concert" where young lovers enjoyed romantic tunes performed by singers from TVB's "The Voice". The romantic festive atmosphere was further heightened by games and gifts for couples. Over a thousand fans packed at our centre.

赤柱廣場及樂富廣場還舉辦「領匯情人節水墨作品展」,展出12幅由年屆75歲的隱世公屋畫家朱東盛創作的「傳情」水墨畫,包括他與太太情訂今生、50年從未曝光的訂情信物《花好月圓》手本,讓市民一起感受恒久不變的愛情。朱伯與太太年幼時在家鄉認識,青梅竹馬,20多歲時畫上這幅《花好月圓》送給女友,情訂今生,亦是他們金婚的見證。

A Valentine's Day exhibition of 12 Chinese ink paintings by 75-year-old painter, Mr Chu Tung-sing, was held at Lok Fu Plaza and Stanley Plaza. One of the paintings on display was a romantic keepsake from Mr Chu to his wife, to whom he has been married for over 50 years. These paintings offered a glimpse into Mr Chu's world of lasting romantic love.

Upon completion of the renovation works late last year, Stanley Plaza now accommodates an even greater variety of shops and restaurants. Four hours of free parking is offered with a F&B spending of $400 after 6 pm, from Monday to Thursday. Cash rebate of $50 is also available for customers who reach Stanley Plaza by taxi on Friday, with a F&B spending of $500.

每年一度的Time Out Wine Walk「輕鬆酒路」品酒慈善活動日,將於4月28日首次在赤柱廣場舉行,希望吸引逾千人參與,並發揮牽頭作用,向公眾推廣赤柱,包括區內特色餐廳及赤柱大街。

赤柱廣場為領匯旗下首個歡迎寵物光臨的商場,是次品酒慈善活動的受惠機構為「香港救狗之家」,機構與領匯理念不謀而合,希望透過支持活動,讓更多市民認識愛護動物之同時,預計活動可以吸引更多本地及海外朋友參與,同時認識全新赤柱,並體驗廣場內多間特色食肆及品味商舖。

The annual wine-tasting charity day, Time Out Wine Walk, will be held on 28 April, 2012 at Stanley Plaza. This year's event will support Dog Rescue in line with Stanley Plaza being a dog-friendly shopping centre. Lots of participants, from both Hong Kong and overseas, are expected to join this event and everyone will be able to experience the new Stanley Plaza.
