在全面提升物業「暢通無阻通道」設施之餘，領匯同時積極與復康機構協力，身體力行支持各項慈善活動，為幫助社會復康人士出力及籌款。10月14日，領匯員工組成10多人的步行慈善隊伍，參加由香港失明人協進會舉辦的「心睇．力行」國際白杖日2012步行籌款活動，支援視障人士服務。
活動共700人參加，領匯團隊於青衣海濱公園圓形露天廣場起步，步行至青衣東北公園後折返。期間同事兩人一組輪流戴上眼罩，以白杖引路，花了約1.5小時走畢全程。

為了讓更多市民響應及參與環保，領匯再次與李錦記合辦「換豉油．換出健康新生活」，在領匯旗下10個商場設立玻璃瓶回收站，市民於10月及11月期間，帶同任何舊豉油玻璃樽到領匯旗下指定商場的回收攤位，即可獲贈李錦記「不加防腐劑特鮮生抽500ml」一支，每個回收站提供1,500支生抽回贈。
活動所收集的玻璃樽，將由環保團體綠領行動送往本地的再造廠，作循環再造。5月及6月首辦的舊瓶換豉油活動反應熱烈，共收集超過10,000個舊瓶。
The Link has again teamed up with Lee Kum Kee to launch the Bottle Recycling for Free Soy Sauce and Healthy Lifestyle Campaign. As part of this campaign, recycling bins for soy sauce bottles will be set up at 10 of The Link’s shopping centres in October and November. The collected bottles will then be sent to local recycling plants by Greeners Action. The first round of the bottle recycling for free soy sauce campaign was held in May and June and received an enthusiastic response from the public. Over 10,000 used bottles were collected.
