領匯現時擁有及管理接近一百八十個物業，物業組合的零售設施主要為我們的顧客提供日常所需。領匯的目標是擔當一道橋樑，把投資者、商戶、員工及社區連繫起來，共同創造一個更美好社區。

領匯最近曾進行兩次品牌調查，發現公眾對領匯的印象，雖然已有顯著的改善，但仍有提升的空間。剛於本季度到任的企業傳訊及對外關係總監盧炳松 (BC) 及整合市務策劃主管徐綺漣 (Elaine)，將會結合公司同事，幫助領匯樹立良好形象。

不謀而合，BC和Elaine既擁有建立企業品牌的經驗，亦曾在中港兩地工作多年，具備豐富的專業知識。適逢領匯計劃進軍中國內地市場，他們的經驗將有助公司的可持續發展。

企業傳訊部及市場部計劃在發展、關懷、上進、團隊精神及環保五個方面作出更大努力，期望創建更美好社區，讓所有人開心不停步，並且為領匯進入中國及亞洲市場作好準備。

The Link currently owns and manages almost 180 properties which serve the daily needs of our shoppers. The target of The Link is to act as a bridge that links investors, tenants, staff and community to a brighter future.

According to the findings of two surveys conducted recently, the public's perception of The Link has improved dramatically, but more progress can be made. To achieve this, BC Lo, Director of Corporate Communications & External Relations and Elaine Tsui, Head of Integrated Marketing, who both joined The Link this quarter, are going to bring The Link's staff together to help the company promote and develop its image.

Both BC and Elaine not only have extensive experience in brand building, they have also worked for companies and projects in China and Hong Kong. As The Link is planning to enter into the China market, their experience will definitely help the company's sustainable development.

The corporate communications department and marketing department will undertake increased efforts in five areas – development, care, ambition, team spirit and environmental protection – in order to build a better community and a unified team, and to make preparations as our company enters additional markets in Mainland China and Asia.

6月6日，同事齊集九龍灣國際展貿中心，出席員工大會暨「卓越大獎」頒獎典禮。可持續發展總經理關凱臨博士率先講解領匯的可持續發展框架，然後由財務總監翟廸強簡介2013/14年度業績。而出任「愛‧匯聚計劃」項目贊助人的多名員工，則以短片分享親身服務他人的愉快體驗。

會上亦公布新一屆神秘顧客調查結果，並頒發多個服務及管理大獎，嘉許服務表現傑出的同事。

而今年畢業的四位見習管理人員亦發表了畢業感言。其中郭志磊以其母語普通話，分享他於家鄉學習滑雪的故事，以此引出為進步、為生存而改變的大道理。

而在壓軸的「與CEO對話」環節中， 行政總裁王國龍則解答多個提問，讓同事更清晰了解領匯最新發展及未來方向。

On 6 June, colleagues gathered at the Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre for the Staff Town Hall cum The Link Awards Ceremony. The event was kicked off with Dr Calvin Kwan, General Manager – Sustainability, offering a quick guide to The Link's sustainability efforts followed by a review of the 2013/14 annual results by Hubert Chak, Director of Finance. In a short video, staff sponsors of "The Link Together Initiatives" projects then shared their joyful experience in serving others.

The results of the Mystery Shopper Programme were announced at the event, and awards were presented to the winning teams for their outstanding performance.

Four Management Trainees graduating this year also took the stage to reflect on their fruitful journey at The Link, with Leo Guo sharing his ideas of changing for progress and survival. In keeping his theme on "change", his talk was delivered in Mandarin instead Cantonese, the language predominantly used at the event.

The event's climax was the chat session with CEO George Hongchoy, during which he answered a number of questions to shed lights on The Link's latest developments and future direction.
