平日人流熙攘的富昌商場大堂，忽然來了一群手持管弦樂器的小孩，二話不說演奏多段美妙樂章，商場顧客紛紛駐足欣賞，最後以貝多芬《快樂頌》作結，全場報以熱烈掌聲。這次快閃表演的演出者，全部都是基層兒童，獲本地慈善機構音樂兒童基金會免費教授音樂。該會得到領展「愛•匯聚計劃」捐助50多萬港元，於不同地區的領展商場籌辦音樂表演，並讓小朋友接觸樂器，把音樂化成正能量於社區傳播。
回收近80件樂器贈基層兒童
領展更聯同基金會舉辦「音樂兒童在領展」樂器回收活動，於旗下10個商場設捐贈點。活動得到市民大力支持，共收集到近80件樂器，包括大提琴及各式管樂，將轉贈予在基金會就學的基層兒童，以助發揮音樂潛能。
三領展商場免費任彈鋼琴
為讓訪客免費感受彈鋼琴的樂趣，於社區傳遞歡樂，領展旗下H.A.N.D.S、慈雲山中心及富昌商場，亦已擺放彩繪鋼琴，圖案由本地藝術家精心創作，公眾可隨時彈奏。
As shoppers went about their business recently at Fu Cheong Shopping Centre, a group of children carrying musical instruments began performing a number of crowd-attracting pieces, concluding with Beethoven's spectacular Ode to Joy. The spectators erupted with enthusiastic applause.
The melodious team of this flash mob were underprivileged children who take free music lessons at the local Music Children Foundation charity. Sponsored by Link Together Initiatives, the Foundation is bringing music into the community through performances and opportunities to try musical instruments at various Link shopping centres.
Close to 80 musical instruments for underprivileged children
Both organisations have also come together to create the 'Music Children at Link' campaign, which has collected close to 80 musical instruments from the public, including cellos and assorted wind instruments, through 10 of Link's shopping malls. The instruments will undergo careful examination and repair before being handed to underprivileged students studying at the Foundation.

Link has placed pianos colourfully painted by local artists at three of its shopping malls ─ H.A.N.D.S., Tsz Wan Shan Shopping Centre, and Fu Cheong Shopping Centre. Members of the public are invited to play them free of charge at their leisure.

Encouraging Electric Vehicles in Hong Kong
為推廣環保電動車的應用，領展旗下11個停車場設有合共55個電動車充電站，並為電動車車主提供免費泊車優惠。領展停車場總經理杜式文應香港生產力促進局旗下汽車零部件系統研究與發展中心邀請，出席研討會並與業界分享推廣電動車應用的經驗。
Link has introduced 55 parking spaces for electric vehicle (EV) charging, and a parking fee waiver for EV owners, as part of its effort to promote the adoption of environmentally friendly electric vehicles. At an industry discussion on EV charging stations organised by the Productivity Council's Hong Kong Automotive Parts and Accessory Systems R&D Centre, Link's General Manager of Car Park, Simon Tu, shared the company's experience in supporting the use of electric vehicles in Hong Kong.

Link's Gift Donation Campaign
「物輕情義重」，一份小小的禮物，可以為基層兒童帶來無限溫暖。領展再度與機場管理局及救世軍港澳軍區合作，舉辦禮物捐贈活動，於旗下十個商場等地方設置捐贈箱，收集近62,000件禮物，包括玩具、文具及保暖衣物，更有如小提琴等樂器。禮物由救世軍轉贈予有需要的兒童及家庭，為他們送上溫暖及歡樂。
領展物業管理及營運總監胡志平主持活動閉幕禮時表示：「服務社群並提升其生活質素是領展企業抱負之一。這次活動獲得租戶及顧客熱心支持，正好反映領展的物業網絡，是關顧鄰里及連繫社區的重要平台。」
Link organised another gift donation campaign with the Hong Kong Airport Authority, and the Salvation Army Hong Kong and Macau Command. Gift collection boxes were set up at 10 of our shopping centres, amassing around an incredible 62,000 gifts, including toys, stationery, winter clothing, and musical instruments. The gifts have already been distributed to underprivileged children and their families by the Salvation Army, spreading warmth and joy.
Director of Property Management & Operations Gordon Wu officiated the closing ceremony of the campaign. He said, "It is Link's corporate vision to serve and improve the lives of those around us. Our property network serves as a valuable conduit to benefit and reach local neighbourhoods and communities, which has been demonstrated by the overwhelming response and support from our tenants and shoppers."

粵劇作為廣東的傳統文化遺產，揉合唱功、造手、化妝、戲服多個元素，極具地方色彩，不同年代都有其擁躉。「開心三代查篤撐」由查篤撐兒童粵劇協會主辦，並獲「愛•匯聚計劃」撥款資助，透過「兒童粵劇」工作坊及祖孫合作演出，促進三代共融，發揚傳統文化。
項目最近於樂富廣場舉行粵劇遊戲工作坊，安排區內近80名幼稚園學童及長者一起學習粵劇，由導師教授粵劇入門造手、揮水袖及舞棍，並有化妝示範。長幼合演粵劇，令人耳目一新，更吸引商場顧客駐足欣賞。小童亦向長者送上賀年粵曲及禮物，祝願大家身體健康，笑口常開。
A rich source of local culture, Cantonese opera attracts fans of all generations and backgrounds. Organised by Cha Duk Chang Children's Cantonese Opera Association and funded by Link Together Initiatives, the 'Cha Duk Chang in 3 Generations' social project encourages harmony across generations by bringing together children and the elderly in Chinese opera workshops and performances.
Lok Fu Plaza recently hosted one of the project's workshops, where around 80 kindergarten students and local seniors learnt basic Cantonese opera physique posture and make-up. Members of the audience praised the event for its impressive and creative nature. As the workshop drew to a close, the children offered gifts and sang to the elderly to wish them good health and happiness.
2016/17年度「愛•匯聚計劃」 接受資助申請
New funding round begins
2016/17年度領展「愛．匯聚計劃」的「社會服務資助」及「地區項目資助」，正接受慈善機構申請，今年4月16日截止。「第一代大學生獎學金」計劃亦已去信各中學，邀請於5月31日前提名獎學金申請人。
Two of Link Together Initiatives' projects – 'Neighbourhood Project', and 'Social Service' – are now receiving funding applications for the coming year. Organisations may apply before 16 April. Secondary schools are also invited to nominate students for 'Link's First Generation University Student Scholarship' before the end of May.

來到全新黄大仙中心北館，都會被舖面設計極富懷舊風情的上海餐廳吸引。此店取名上海廳1930（上海婆婆），展示上海黃包車、手繪油畫以及古董，讓顧客恍如置身舊上海。鄰近黃大仙祠，不時有遊客及善信到訪，因此特設素菜餐牌，十分體貼。
公司負責人麥偉文指出，開店後生意及受歡迎程度都喜出望外，住宅區客路十分穩定，加上區內同類食肆不多，期望以窩心服務、優質食物、大眾化定價，以及舒適別緻的環境，贏取不同年齡食客的歡心。
At the newly refurbished Temple Mall, 'Shanghaiteng 1930 (Shanghai Popo Restaurant)' features decor that harks back to the old Shanghai. The nostalgic display includes a rickshaw, oil paintings, and other antiques. As the store is located near the famous Wong Tai Sin Temple, a vegetarian menu is also offered for worshippers and vegetarian visitors.
Store owner Joseph Mark was glad to operate this restaurant at Temple Mall, since residential district offers a stable customer base, and the district is in need of Shanghainese restaurants. It appeals to diners of all ages through quality food, affordable pricing, and a comfortable environment.

「一日一蘋果，醫生遠離我。」網購食品商以「蘋果坊」商號，於全新天盛街市開設首間街市分店，經營有機蘋果，標榜無農藥、果蠟、防腐劑，為食蘋果帶來更多健康保障。創辦人平叔從事農業40載，他指出，其水果產自位於內地高原地區的自家經營農場，鬆化皮薄，果香撲鼻，更於香港通過近194項指標的質檢，更有信心保證。除了蘋果，該店亦有貢梨、蜜桃、布冧及提子等生果，還有由有機鮮果製成的果汁、乾果及果醬。
平叔亦有於其他地區開設地舖，經了解及實地考察領展旗下已翻新街市後，深信天盛街市整潔舒適的環境及優質管理，與新店以品質作為招徠十分匹配，於是決定落戶天盛，並期望日後擴展至更多領展街市。
"An apple a day keeps the doctor away," as the old saying goes. Tin Shing Market offers a healthier choice for apple aficionados, with its newly opened 'Apple Corner', offering a plentiful supply of organic apples free from pesticides, wax and preservatives. Founder Uncle Ping, who has 40 years of farming experience, says his produce is grown at highland farms in Mainland China, and has passed quality tests against 194 metrics. The farming area's pollution-free environment also gives the apples a crunchy texture with fine skin, and a pleasant aroma.
Uncle Ping selected the newly renovated Tin Shing Market for its exceptionally clean environment and high management standards. He hopes to extend his business to more Link markets in the future.
