毗鄰旅遊熱點黃大仙廟的黃大仙中心推出「港『饗』受」,匯聚香港獨有的建築地標,讓大眾拍下特色照片。活動以「食」、「買」、「玩」為主題,全方位提供優惠及節目,包括製作專屬的明信片及品嚐蛋撻或菠蘿包等特色港式食品。母親節期間更推出特別禮遇,讓大家為摯愛母親送上窩心小禮物。活動亦與遊客同樂,遊客只需消費滿指定金額,即可換領跨境巴士車票乙張。
Temple Mall, which stands next to one of Hong Kong’s most iconic tourist attractions, Wong Tai Sin Temple, recently held the event “Tasting Hong Kong”, which showcased Hong Kong’s best‑known landmarks. Shoppers had the opportunity to take unique photos while enjoying local delicacies like egg tarts and pineapple buns. Special Mother’s Day offers were also available for visitors to pamper their beloved moms. To welcome visitors to Hong Kong, tourists spending a designated amount were entitled to redeem a cross‑border bus ticket.

Butterfly Market celebrated its grand opening by inviting TVB artistes Steve Lee, Tsui Wing and his family to join 100 participants making Sweet Glutinous Rice Balls for the Lantern Festival. In addition, Steve returned to the market on 3 consecutive weekends to demonstrate his signature dishes, and provide some tips on shopping for quality ingredients.
領展街市首度與Miffy合作 推出限量家品換領 Miffy Housewares Redemption at Link’s Fresh Markets
為了推廣吃在家中的健康飲食生活,領展街市首度與廣受歡迎的卡通人物Miffy合作,推出獨家Miffy限量版儲物瓶套裝換領活動,為入廚增添趣味。Miffy更於復活節假期在指定領展街市現身,與市民合照互動。
To promote home cooking and healthy living, Link’s fresh markets joined hands for the first time with the popular character Miffy to launch a redemption programme featuring a limited‑edition set of “Link x Miffy Lidded Jars”. Miffy also visited Link’s fresh markets to meet and greet shoppers during the Easter holiday.

Set a New Guinness World Record at Stanley Plaza
延續第6年狗狗盛事,赤柱廣場舉辦全港首個文青狗狗藝術展,讓訪客與愛犬一同感受藝術氛圍,宣揚愛犬訊息。逾六百位愛犬人士帶同愛犬參與這項寵物界盛事,以三百米長的人形立板,第六度於赤柱廣場成功刷新健力士世界紀錄。
此外,赤柱廣場舉辦全港首個狗狗藝術展覽,展出由五名本地新晉藝術家以狗狗的視覺光譜作畫的作品,讓狗狗與主人一起當「文青」。知名日本設計師無印良品藝術總監原研哉亦策劃了「設計:為了愛犬」狗屋藝術展,讓大家近距離欣賞「住的藝術」。
Stanley Plaza, the first and most dog‑friendly shopping centre in Hong Kong, proudly presented the 6th annual pet event “Paws by the Sea 2017” on 18 and 19 March 2017. The highlight of the event was a successful Guinness World Record™ attempt for the “Longest line of photo cut‑out boards”, which involved the participation of more than 600 dog owners and their loyal companions.
Moreover, Stanley Plaza organised Hong Kong’s first art exhibition for dogs including paintings in dogs’ colour spectrum by five emerging local artists. The “ARCHITECTURE FOR DOGS” Exhibition, curated by Kenya Hara, a renowned Japanese designer and the Art Director of MUJI, also made its debut at Link’s Stanley Plaza, enabling the city’s dog lovers to appreciate “The Art of Living” in a stylish new way.

Stanley Plaza recently hosted the “Le French GourMay-French Traditional Gourmet Market” for the fourth consecutive year, offering a 360‑degree virtual reality vineyard experience in addition to French delicacies and wines. Featuring a wide range of family activities from Alliance Française, the event made for a great family day out in fabulous French style!

The Park & Dine app’s dining page allows users to search for more than 1,000 restaurants in Link’s malls. The app also showcases an editor’s pick, which is regularly updated to feature different restaurants by cuisine type and location for best promotional results.
Well received since its launch, the app also includes e-coupons, which are refreshed regularly and will soon provide offers that are specific to different shopping malls or festive holidays, bringing about even more shopping privileges.

Showcasing its vibrant positioning and strong roster of trendy brands, EC Mall launched a series of crowd‑drawing events this spring to attract young shoppers in Beijing. The mall’s “BE FIT BE HAPPY” campaign presented workout demos to promote the need for regular physical exercise while also introducing the latest offerings from leading sport brands. The mall also partnered with 16 well‑known fashion brands to stage a jungle‑themed fashion show that featured the hottest spring and summer outfits in a colourful visual feast.
快餐商戶 傳統風味 服務愛民三十載
Fast Food Tenant Builds on 30 Years of Tradition
愛民廣場天馬快餐,服務居民逾三十載,商舖招牌及裝修陳設都充滿傳統特色。負責人Samuel說:「父親深信快餐店大有可為,加盟商場成為首批商戶,其後擴展至其他地區,現時旗下五間快餐及麵包店當中,三間設於領展商場。招牌出品為咖哩牛腩飯和吉列豬扒包,除了份量十足,製法保持傳統風味,定價亦迎合當區消費力,不但贏得一班忠實擁躉,還吸引電視台、週刊前來採訪。」
他指,愛民以屋苑居民及學生客群為主,生意穩定。商場近年透過翻新優化設施及服務,在領展營運下管理效率亦有所提高。
Featuring a vintage shop sign and vintage décor, Tin Ma Fast Food in Oi Man Plaza has been serving the community for over 30 years. “Seeing the potential of a fast food shop, my father started this shop as part of this centre’s first batch of tenants, and later expanded the business,” said shop owner Samuel. “Three of our five fast food or bakery shops are in Link’s properties. Our signature dishes – curry beef brisket with rice and pork chop burger – are prepared in the traditional way, come in sizeable portions and are competitively priced. Our enticing offerings have not only won loyal customers, but have also led to positive coverage by TV shows and magazine reports.”
Samuel also pointed out that by serving nearby residents and students, Oi Man Plaza has a stable customer base. In addition, the centre has seen a marked improvement in service efficiency and facility quality under Link’s management.
