廣州西城都薈 電競活動人流達12萬

世界級電競賽事WESG 2017世界電子競技運動會廣東站決賽,以及騰訊人氣網絡遊戲「地下城與勇士」全國格鬥大賽於西城都薈廣場舉行,連番激戰吸引大批電競愛好者到場參與,高峰人流達12萬。除電競外大會亦安排了一連串特色活動,如格鬥角色扮演丶LIVEBAND丶BOXING舞蹈丶CATWALK SHOW等。廣場大型LED屏幕直播賽事,令整個南廣場的觀眾都可以參與其中,一同享受電競的樂趣。

為慶祝父親節,西城都薈聯同廣東廣播電台舉辦音樂會,並邀請歌手鍾明秋演繹多首膾炙人口的金曲,吸引大批顧客欣賞。

Metropolitan Plaza was the venue for the final match of the World Electronic Sports Games 2017 in Guangzhou as well as for an e-sports tournament featuring Tencent’s popular online game Dungeon and Fighter. Both tournaments attracted a huge turnout of e-sports lovers, with footfall reaching 120,000. The events included cosplay, live band performances, boxing dances and catwalk shows which were broadcast live on the mall’s gigantic LED screen to allow visitors in the south wing to enjoy the excitement.


To celebrate Father’s Day, Metropolitan Plaza partnered with Guangdong Radio & Television Station to organise a concert where singer Zhong Mingqiu performed popular musical numbers to the delight of the shoppers and the community.

Appealing to younger shoppers, Korean fashion retailer ÅLAND will be one of the anchor tenants. ÅLAND’s 10,000 sq ft shop in the mall will be its largest flagship store in Hong Kong. Since its first store in Seoul’s Myeong-dong district in 2006, ÅLAND has become a popular destination among young people and tourists with its strong mix of leading Korean brands. Its unique design and brand image matches the youthful, energetic theme of 700 Nathan Road.

Now undergoing a complete facelift, 700 Nathan Road will open up new possibilities to capture the essence of the iconic, multi-faceted Mong Kok district, and become a popular, trendy destination that acts as an experience-sharing platform for the younger ones.

At the “Dating with Daddy!” Father’s Day event at H.A.N.D.S, young visitors were invited to pose for heart-warming photos with their fathers against a decorative backdrop. Over the event weekend, shoppers also had the chance to redeem instant photo printouts and “H.A.N.D.S Dollar” coupons, and participate in free make-up, face painting and tattoo workshops.

為推廣閱讀文化,領展與香港書展「文化七月‧悅讀夏季」合作,於旗下九個商場舉辦閱讀分享會。多位旅遊作家向在場觀眾分享他們有趣的旅遊和寫作體會。領展與「香港二手書重生資助計劃」合作舉行舊書回收活動,亦舉辦了旅行市集,讓大家享受閱讀樂趣的同時亦可愛護環境。

Link joined hands with the Hong Kong Book Fair’s "Cultural July, Joyful Summer Reading" programme to promote a culture of reading by offering reading seminars at nine shopping centres. During the seminars, travel writers shared their experiences with the audience. Link also teamed up with "HK 2nd Hand Books" to organise a book recycling campaign, as well as a travel market, which helped promote an environmentally friendly lifestyle while also creating new opportunities to find pleasure in books.

At Lok Fu Place’s “Ice Cream Scoop & Slam”, shoppers enjoyed cool summer fun by taking part in mega-sized interactive games, including a 5-metre-tall “Ice Cream Slam Dunk – Basketball Grid”, to win free ice cream. In addition to the gigantic ice-cream-themed installations, the event introduced 12 novel ice cream flavours inspired by local snacks and drinks, such as Koala Cookie, Cane Juice and Mixed Herbal Tea. Customers who spent a designated amount could also redeem a Bonus Pass for extra game chances, fast-track access and participation in family handicraft workshops.

「食玩對對碰」烹飪工作坊今年強勢回歸領展街市,並邀得「廚壇魔術師」楊尚友創作24道環球美食菜譜,配以簡單易明的烹調方法,讓顧客輕鬆煮出國際美食。首季以六道星馬泰美食為主打,並由領展街市服務大使於指定街市即場示範。

The “Eat & Play” Workshops at Link’s fresh markets returned this year by showcasing 24 delicious, easy-to-follow recipes featuring cuisines from around the world created by celebrity chef Christian Yang. In the first quarter, six dishes spanning Singaporean, Malaysian and Thai cuisines were featured, and Link’s Fresh Market Ambassadors gave live cooking demonstrations at designated markets.

“The interior and exterior designs are modern, colourful and inviting to the customers, and there is a clear brand image, which the customers can clearly perceive,” said Victor Topouria, one of the visiting students.

來自美國密蘇里大學新聞學系的十名學生,考察兩個領展街市,認識本地鮮活街市運作和營銷模式。新式摩登街市隆亨市集形如生果木箱的奪目外觀、井然有序的布局丶琳琅滿目的食材選擇,令學生留下深刻印象。顯徑街市的傳統設計及客源跟隆亨市集截然不同,學生對街市商販種類廣泛感到耳目一新。

Ten students from the School of Journalism at the University of Missouri in the United States visited two Link fresh markets to gain a better understanding of the fresh market sector in Hong Kong. At M.C. Box, they were impressed by the visually stunning fruit-box-like exterior design, as well as the attractive, efficient store layout and the wide array of foods and services available. At Hin Keng Market, a traditional property that contrasts greatly with M.C. Box in terms of design and customer profile, the students were surprised by its diverse range of vendors.

「泊食易」自推出電子優惠券以來合共送上近400個優惠,配合一連串線上線下的廣告及推廣,超過150個商戶透過此平台擴展客戶覆蓋率,成績令人鼓舞。早前與吉野家、太平洋咖啡、日本城及茜廊合作推出的瘋狂著數,更帶來一輪搶購熱潮,為各商戶吸納新客源之餘達到宣傳之效。「泊食易」將繼續夥拍各商戶,推出更多不同型式的瘋狂著數,共建電子優惠平台,藉此刺激消費者意欲,為商戶帶來更多生意額。

Since the release of the Park & Dine app’s e-coupon function, app users can now access over 400 tenant offers across Hong Kong. Supported by the online and offline promotion initiatives offered by Link, over 150 tenants extended their customer reach through this platform. The recent round of “crazy offers”, featuring well-known brands such as Yoshinoya, Pacific Coffee, Japan Home Centre and Sidewalk Café, received an overwhelming response from app users, proving the app's effectiveness in attracting new customers and generating publicity for tenants. The app will build on these partnerships with tenants to further develop the e-coupon platform with a view to stimulating spending and boosting sales through more “crazy offers”.
