Attracting and retaining talented employees to strengthen our team has always been a priority of Link. The Quayside, our joint venture office development with Nan Fung, has opened up new opportunities to create a lively, engaging and user-friendly work environment for our colleagues. As one of Hong Kong’s first WELL Building Standard-registered commercial projects, this property will, upon completion in 2019, become our new head office location to cope with our growing resourcing needs, in addition to serving our office tenants.

Link’s new office will further embrace the latest trend in workplace design by promoting users’ physical and mental health as well as teamwork. Taking advantage of the building’s large floor plates, The Quayside will adopt an innovative open office design that enables individual concentration and team collaboration to better serve our different functional units. To create a dynamic setting that encourages movement and social interaction, the office will also feature a wide range of essential office facilities, including breakout areas, brainstorming corners, quiet benches and meeting rooms of different sizes.

Since we spend so many hours at work, our goal is to make the workplace as pleasant and enjoyable as possible for every member of our team. We have worked to engage our colleagues throughout the planning and design stages, and we will continue to do so through a series of workshops as well as a demo area, which will be rolled out to familiarise them with the new office’s facilities and technology.

Our team’s ability to innovate and adapt to change has been critical to our long-term value creation, as can be seen in the efforts we have made to diversify our asset portfolio and transition to an asset management model. Likewise, by facilitating spontaneous collaboration and enhancing team effectiveness and creativity, the move to our new office will help further unlock the full potential of our cohesive team, and meet our evolving business needs for many years to come.

由於每天不少時間用於工作,因此我們一直致力為同事提供舒適愉快的工作環境。由規劃到設計,過渡至辦公室的整個過程,每個環節都讓員工積極參與,而日後更會安排工作坊及展示區,讓他們熟習辦公室各類設施和科技。
