領展自5月收購廣州荔灣區西城都薈廣場,積極物色世界各地的品牌進駐商場。最新加盟的商戶包括深受內地市民歡迎的香港地道美食品牌,如主打港式奶茶及菠蘿油的翠華餐廳、售賣街頭小食的香港米芝蓮,以及蛋糕西餅專家美心西餅等。

商場亦迎來各地人氣食肆,包括世界銷量第一的軟雪糕專家DQ冰雪皇后、日式抹茶品牌甜品店「無邪」、以潮汕風味澄海獅頭鵝為號召的「鹵不凡」、內地火速紅爆的鐵板牛蛙餐廳「蛙小俠」,以及台灣私房甜品店「鮮芋仙」等。

西城都薈一眾新商戶,連同供應日、韓、湘、川、台、港等地菜餚的原有食府,讓顧客大快朵頤,為「食在廣州」賦予新意。

Since its acquisition by Link in May, Metropolitan Plaza has been optimising its trade mix by introducing new high-quality eateries from around the world. Among the new additions are a number of popular brands offering authentic Hong Kong flavours, including well-known Hong Kong-style tea house Tsui Wah, street food specialist Xianggang Mizhilian and well-established bakery brand mei-xin cakes.

The mall’s new eateries also feature some of the hottest names in dining, including ice cream specialist Dairy Queen, frog-cuisine restaurant The Kungfu Froggy, Taiwanese dessert house MeetFresh, Chao Shan-style goose specialist Lu Bu Fan and Wuxie, which features desserts made with Japanese-style green tea.

Together with the mall’s existing eateries, which offer diverse culinary choices, these new tenants present customers with varied gastronomic delights to help augment Guangzhou’s position as China’s gourmet capital.

T Town, with the final phase of its three-year asset enhancement completed, boasts over 120 shops showcasing the hottest retail and F&B brands. The centre marks the Hong Kong debut of sushi shop Magic Touch and duck speciality restaurant Duck Garden, and houses the first stores of Comma, MoMoKu, 8090 u+me café and Aroi Thai in the district. The mall features an especially strong apparel and accessories collection, highlighted by a host of newly introduced retailers offering fashion, work wear, casual wear, leather goods and footwear. A clinic zone and two babycare rooms are among the facilities that have been newly added to bring more convenience to customers. As an embodiment of its new brand identity, T Town’s new design highlights its unique position of being surrounded by natural scenery, with a water ripple theme and blue and green colour tone permeating the interior, and a wave motif adorning the new façade.

領展旗艦商場T Town全面優化後,商舖增至120多間,多家人氣品牌進駐,熱爆天水圍。當中壽司店Magic Touch 及鴨子園開設香港首店,而Comma、韓樂、8090好時光、亞萊泰則首度進駐天水圍區,提供西餐以及韓、台、泰等地菜餚。服飾商戶組合豐富,涵蓋時裝、上班服、便服、皮具及鞋履,滿足生活所需。商場新設兩個育嬰間及診所專區,為顧客帶來更多方便。物業設計亦呼應「T Town」新品牌,貫徹水漣漪主題,並配以藍綠色調及波浪型態外牆,彰顯該全新零售地標貼近大自然的特色。

天水圍區為第三代新市鎮,有約30萬人居住,其中六成居於公營房屋,四成於私人樓宇,區內人口結構年輕,且甚具消費力。T Town全新商戶組合,因應年輕客群需要引入眾多人氣零售及餐飲品牌,捕捉區內商機。

As a third-generation new town, Tin Shui Wai has a population of about 300,000, of which 60% live in public housing and 40% in private housing. Featuring a wide range of popular retail and F&B brands, T Town’s trade mix of was designed to capture the district’s young customer base, which has good spending power.

領展簽署 負責任投資原則

領展最近成為負責任投資原則(PRI)的簽署機構,以展現其對負責任投資的承諾。PRI擁有來自50多個國家超過1,750多間的簽署機構,這些機構所代表的資產總額約70萬億美元。PRI為獲聯合國支持的獨立組織,積極支持各國簽署機構把環境、社會和管治(ESG)因素納入投資和所有權決策過程中。

在支持長期價值創造的同時,於投資決策中應用這六項負責任投資原則,將會使投資者與聯合國倡議的全球可持續發展目標(SDGs)更一致地聯合。SDGs議程將引導簽署機構於推動ESG時由過程為本的方式轉為成效為本,旨在為SDGs提出的挑戰作出貢獻。

領展以作為PRI簽署機構的新角色,將有助公司朝著負責任投資決策邁進,並為投資界帶來正面改變。可持續發展總經理關凱臨博士,九月出席於柏林舉行的年度PRI會議,並與來自世界各地的投資者分享領展在ESG議題上所作出的努力。

Demonstrating its commitment to responsible investment, Link recently became a signatory to the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). The PRI has more than 1,750 signatories from over 50 countries, representing assets under management of about US$70 trillion. Supported by the United Nations (UN), the independent body supports its signatories in incorporating environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into their investment and ownership decisions.

While supporting long-term value creation, the application of the six principles in investment decisions will better align investors with the global objectives of UN initiative Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDGs agenda requires signatories to shift from a more process-based approach of material ESG integration towards an outcome-based approach, aiming to contribute to the challenges put forward by the SDGs.

Link’s new role as a PRI signatory will give further impetus to its drive towards responsible investment decision-making, and inspire positive changes in the investment community. In September, Calvin Lee Kwan, General Manager of Sustainability, attended the annual PRI in Person investment conference in Berlin, where he shared Link’s ESG efforts with investors from around the world.

領展應邀出席社創基金「共享價值:締造競爭優勢」論壇,行政總裁王國龍席間表示領展衡量業務表現時不限於財務指標,亦注重資產提升項目和慈善計劃等措施帶來的社會及經濟效益,確保社區受益於其業務營運。


At the Shared Value Forum, organised by the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund, CEO George Hongchoy remarked that when benchmarking its performance, Link assesses the socio-economic impact generated by its asset enhancement and charity projects, instead of relying solely on traditional financial metrics. Link’s impact assessment approach ensures that the communities where it does business benefit from its operations.

Link’s Board of Directors and Excom recently held an off-site strategy meeting in Macau. Apart from the challenges and opportunities of big data, participants also discussed the need for commercial properties to move away from pure workspace to become inspirational environment for work, life and play. The Quayside is exactly designed to achieve this by featuring such elements as large floor plates, a podium garden with recreational facilities as well as a welcoming atmosphere.
