In operation since July 2019, Link’s new headquarters at The Quayside in Kowloon East brings together various business units in one location. Emphasising team empowerment and users’ well-being, the new office further coalesces staff around Link’s brand promise to “Link People to a Brighter Future” to deliver value to stakeholders.

A “Happy Rowing” theme permeates the office’s interior, signifying a united team propelling the business forward and referencing the harbourside location. The innovative open and agile design of the office encourages both individual concentration and team collaboration while also offering facilities perfectly suited to different working modes of teams and individuals. To promote a paperless workplace and enhance team efficiency, Link has deployed a cloud-based document system and e-form-enhanced workflows at its new office. Collaborative facilities, such as standing workstations and meeting areas of various sizes and configurations, likewise help foster productive teams. These are augmented by engaging staff activities and recreational amenities that help bring members of different teams together, as well as promote a healthy work-life balance. As part of this effort, the new office is undergoing WELL Standard certification.

Other tenants of The Quayside, which include JP Morgan, WeWork, Gammon and more, will be moving in gradually. This iconic, state-of-the-art grade-A office property features large floor plates, a podium garden and a retail podium, with the range of tenants including coffee bars, eateries offering international and local flavours, lifestyle and convenience stores, and a fitness studio.

領展位於九龍東海濱匯的全新總部於2019年7月投入運作,透過集中各部門於同一地點,提升效率。新辦公室著重團隊協作及使用者的身心健康,進一步凝聚員工,協力實踐「連繫好生活」的品牌理念,為持份者創造價值。

內部設計配合辦公室的臨海地利,展示「Happy Rowing」主題,寓意團隊齊心創佳績。辦公室開放、靈活的創新設計,不但兼顧專注集中及互動協作的用者需要,設施配置亦迎合不同團隊及個人的工作模式。為推廣辦公室無紙化及提高工作效率,領展廣泛應用雲端文件檔案系統及電子表格優化工作流程。辦公室亦引入站立式工作台,以及設計多元化的會面地點,方便溝通,強化團隊。公司亦為員工舉辦活動,並提供康樂設施,藉以促進與不同部門的交流,提倡生活及工作之間的平衡。 新辦公室亦就此正進行WELL健康建築標準相關認証。

海濱匯其他商戶包括摩根大通,WeWork及金門建築等,將陸續遷入。這幢設備先進的標誌性甲級商廈擁有大型樓層、平台花園,其零售商場商戶將包括咖啡室、國際美食、本地佳餚、時尚生活及便利店以至健身中心。

At the recent ICSC China Shopping Centre & Retailer Awards 2019, T.O.P This is Our Place was named the gold winner in the "Design and Development – Renovations/Expansions" category for its transformation from a former government complex into a vibrant lifestyle destination. In addition, Link's "Souper Kitchen" campaign won the gold award in the "Marketing – Corporate Social Responsibility" category. Featuring gourmet soups created by celebrity chef Jason Wang using surplus ingredients from Link’s fresh markets, the campaign successfully promoted a “food wise” culture while also supporting the needy.

於國際購物中心協會(ICSC)主辦的中國購物中心及零售商大獎2019,T.O.P This is Our Place榮獲「設計和開發 – 改造/擴建」金獎,其優化工程將昔日政府綜合大樓轉化為充滿動感活力的時尚熱點。「盛湯廚房」活動則囊括「市場推廣 – 企業社會責任」金獎,該活動由名廚王凱傑以來自領展鮮活街市的剩食所設計的靚湯,推廣惜食文化,為有需要人士送上溫暖。

Link emerged a big winner at the HKIRA’s 5th IR Awards 2019, garnering 11 awards, including “Overall Best IR Company (Large Cap)”. The Awards aim to recognise listed companies that uphold a high standard of investor relations and compliance in Hong Kong. Since the Awards were launched in 2015, Link has won numerous accolades in recognition of its strong corporate governance, high transparency and continuous commitment to best practices.

領展於香港投資者關係協會舉辦的第五屆投資者關係大獎成為大贏家,合共囊括11項殊榮,包括大獎的「整體最佳投資者關係公司」,該獎項旨在表揚於投資者關係表現出眾及奉行最佳守則的香港上市公司。自2015年設立投資者關係大獎以來,領展已獲頒授不同獎項,反映公司長期以來重視高透明度和良好企業管治。

The newly renovated and rebranded Nam Cheong Place (formerly Fu Cheong Shopping Centre) is now home to Nam Cheong Place Market, marking the first time a retail space in Link’s portfolio has been transformed into a market. A one-stop shop for premium food ingredients, this is the first air-conditioned fresh market in the Nam Cheong neighbourhood, featuring about 40 stalls offering fresh produce and quality seafood from around the world.

全面優化後換上新品牌的南昌薈(前稱富昌商場)增設南昌薈街市,標誌領展首個將商場零售樓面改造為鮮活街市的項目。南昌薈街市是南昌一帶首個全空調鮮活蔬果市場,引進近40個檔戶,網羅世界各地蔬果及海鮮,提供一站式選購優質食材的體驗。

Freshall : a New Market Rooted in the Neighbourhood

Freshall, an operator-run, newly renovated fresh market in Sha Kok, Shatin, has a colourful design featuring the neighbourhood's signature peepul trees. In addition to a wide array of fresh foods, it boasts an indoor snack street perfect for late-night snacking.

由街市整體承租商運營的沙田沙角市場完成大變身,換上色彩繽紛設計。當中亮眼的樹幹圖案代表著區內常見的菩提樹。除了多元化的新鮮食材,街市更設有室內食街,提供享受宵夜好去處。
