品牌派對 員工歡聚
United in Violet

為與員工慶祝新品牌推出,領展總部8月一連三天化身遊樂場,舉辦品牌啟動派對。各式攤位遊戲、娛樂表演、小吃和飲料,全都展現新企業顏色─紫色。參與員工除了對品牌有更深認識,亦獲贈禮品包,內含印有新企業標誌T恤、陶瓷水杯、筆和襟章。

To celebrate the launch of the new brand with staff, Link's head office was turned into a fairground for three days in mid-August. The staff party offered game booths, live entertainment, snack and drinks, all featuring the violet corporate colour of our new corporate identity. Staff members came away with gift packs containing a T-shirt, mug, pen and lapel pin, all bearing the new logo along with a good sense of what new brand stands for.

員工義工假期 推展互助精神
Special Leave For Staff Volunteers

領展服務社區不遺餘力,透過旗艦慈善項目「愛•匯聚計劃」於不同層面服務社區,除了每年捐出近千萬元支援有需要社區,更動員員工成為義工,協助受助項目的推展。今年新增義工假期,凡參與「愛‧匯聚計劃」受助項目的員工,每年度可獲最多兩天有薪義工假期。鼓勵員工多投入義工活動,發揮公司團隊精神及服務社區。

有參與義工活動的領展同事指出,做義工是快樂的事情,因可結交更多朋友。義工活動有助擴闊人生體驗,透過共同參與義工活動,同事之間能夠建立更佳團隊精神和彼此默契。「愛‧匯聚計劃」服務的對象正正是我們服務的社區,因此別具意義。

As part of Link's measures to promote community sustainability, "Link Together Initiatives" is supporting a growing range of community projects to reach out to more people in need. Apart from offering nearly HK$10 million in donations each year, Link has introduced special volunteer leave to mobilise staff to volunteer their service to the sponsored projects. Each employee is entitled up to two days of paid leave each year to participate as volunteer in the project of their choice under the Initiatives.

One staff volunteer said that volunteering provides him with unique opportunities to enrich his life's experiences, expand his social circle and build team spirit amongst his colleagues.

公司推出新品牌,本企業期刊《823頻道》今期起革新內容,呼應新品牌換上新裝。新設計以簡約時尚為主調,希望大家喜歡。

年資較長的同事都會收過公司贈送的兩只陶瓷杯。五年前首個全體員工大會重申以客為尊的服務文化,並以「服務好香港」標語水杯作為紀念品。

強調創新及卓越服務的企業文化逐漸紮根,同事朝著企業抱負奮鬥,凡事多想一點,多走一步。十年以來,無論是於國際比賽取得的獎項、神秘顧客服務評核表現、新市場及資產類別的擴展、業績穩健增長,每一項成就都見證同事的努力,並激勵大家不斷創新,永遠向前。

最近公司再送來紫色新品牌的陶瓷杯,讓大家銘記新品牌背後代表「領展」致力發展業務,提升專業管理的決心。

水杯為記,短短數年間成就斐然,這是同事一步一腳印踏踏實實打拚出來的。願領展同事在新品牌的啟發下倍添動力,在追求世界級專業水平的路途上繼續互勉互勵。

Starting from this issue, our corporate newsletter, Channel 823, has been revamped with a new look to echo the new corporate brand. We hope you like our new minimalist, contemporary design.

Staff members with longer years of service should have received two sets of coffee mug from the company as souvenirs. Bearing the slogan 'Serving Hong Kong Better', the first one was presented to us five years ago at the first staff town hall, in which the company reaffirmed its customer-oriented service culture.

Since then, going that extra mile to get a job well done and looking to the corporate vision, mission and values for guidance have become increasingly embedded in Link's corporate culture, which emphasises innovation and service excellence. Whether it is winning international accolades, making new high scores in the mystery shopper service assessment, expanding to a new market and asset class or sustaining strong financial results, the achievements made over these years bear witness to the hard work and dedication of this team.

Sporting the new corporate logo, the new violet mug made for staff serves as a reminder of the attributes the new brand stands for as well as our determination to develop our business and enhance our professional management.

As the above anecdotes show, within the span of a few short years, the team has brought outstanding progress to the business. Drawing on the inspirations from the new brand, we wish our team renewed strength and solidarity in our pursuit of world-class professional standards.
