領展社區遊樂團 體驗「最香港」 “Link Community Tour” Offers a Slice of Authentic Hong Kong

「領展社區遊樂團」邀請環球旅客和本地居民發掘隱藏城中各區的文化歷史寶藏,四條路線分別位於赤柱、九龍、大埔、元朗。活動特設「關愛社區遊」路線予視障人士,強調多感官體驗。領展與萬豪國際集團聯手透過遊樂團,發展地區旅遊的新方向。

Link has launched “Link Community Tour” to enable international visitors and local residents to explore the city’s hidden gems through four meticulously curated routes covering Stanley, Kowloon, Tai Po and Yuen Long. To promote social inclusion, special routes are also offered to engage visually impaired participants in a multisensory journey. Through this programme, Link and Marriott International joined forces to develop local community attractions.

Following a recently completed refurbishment, T Town celebrated its grand opening with a series of exciting activities, including Hong Kong’s first “Life-size Giant Pinball Adventure”, limited-edition sales premiums, lucky draw, 3D Trickeye Art Experience Zone designed by famous Singaporean artist Ben Qwek, and a T Town Mobile Truck travelling around various districts in Hong Kong. The centre also hosted a summer festival featuring performances by famous artistes Alfred Hui, Hubert Wu, Vincent Wong and Natalie Tong, as well as face painting, a photo booth, balloon twisting and a magic show.

為慶祝完成優化工程,並以新品牌服務顧客,T Town舉行連串開幕慶祝活動,除有巡迴各區的「激感電流」遊戲專車外,更推出全港首個真人版彈珠機,及3D視覺藝術地帶等。T Town亦舉辦夏日嘉年華,聯同人氣歌手及藝人包括許廷鏗、胡鴻鈞、王浩信及唐詩詠,藉著音樂傳遞活力訊息,現場更提供拍照館,面部彩繪工作坊,扭扭氣球等多項精彩活動。

“The Ghost Ship” at Lok Fu Place
Raises Conservation Awareness

樂富廣場大型免費萬聖節活動「潛航凶間」,帶來全新驚嚇體驗,參加者須於海底棄船,尋找珍貴資源並順利逃脫。活動破天荒與「大自然保護協會」合作,於玩樂體驗中帶出環境保育訊息。顧客消費滿指定金額,即可透過泊食易程式換領「快速通行証」。

Lok Fu Place's Halloween campaign, “The Ghost Ship”, took visitors to a submerged fishing vessel to seek out valuable resources. The event, the first collaboration between Link and The Nature Conservancy, also featured games designed to raise awareness of environmental conservation. Customers who spent a designated amount could redeem e-Fast Passes using the Park & Dine app.

Inspired by Beer Yoga, the newest fitness craze, Stanley Plaza’s Beer & Fitness Party introduced Beer Bottle Yoga – and its family-friendly alternative, Juice Yoga – for the first time in Hong Kong. In addition to a variety of free game booths as well as yoga and fitness classes, other highlights of the campaign included live music and dance shows.

Top dancers from across the country battled it out at the sixth “Fight for What” national street dance contest at EC Mall in Beijing. Featuring the freestyle dance form for the first time, the contest drew a huge crowd of young visitors allured by the dynamism of street dancing.

With its services further optimised to benefit drivers and shoppers, Link’s Park & Dine app has surpassed the 200,000 download mark. In addition to the shopping and dining information and recommendation, the app’s popular electronic coupons have made it a favourite shopping companion of customers. In the past seven months, through the app’s e-promotion platform, more than 175 tenants have provided over 400 offers, resulting in more than 15,000 offer redemptions. Featuring discounts as low as half price at 30 outlets, the latest round of offers included eight “Crazy Offers” in collaboration with Yoshinoya, Pacific Coffee, Itacho Sushi, Trusty Congee King, Teawood, Swiss Café, Jumpin Gym USA and Meow Fruit to help shoppers save even more.

Benefiting from its growing data traffic and targeting shoppers of Link’s malls, the Park & Dine app is an ideal publicity platform for tenants. Apart from electronic coupons, the app also has dedicated pages to introduce tenants and provide shopping information, offering tenants even more ways to reach customers.

領展於《Marketing Magazine》主辦的「The Marketing PR Awards 2017」頒獎典禮中,榮獲重量級大獎「最佳表現大獎 - 品牌」,表揚領展為年度內最佳表現的品牌,另有四項宣傳推廣活動奪得合共六項殊榮。

At the Marketing PR Awards 2017 organised by Marketing magazine, Link was awarded Best of Show – Brand, recognising it as the most outstanding brand of the year. In addition, four of Link’s marketing campaigns won a total of six awards.

EC Mall Wins Gold Landmark Accolade

歐美匯榮獲「北京購物中心金地標大獎」及「最佳營運團隊獎」,評選由中國房地產經理人聯盟主辦,並由網絡投票及評審團選出優勝者。

EC Mall won "Gold Landmark in Beijing’s Commercial Real Estate" and "Outstanding Operating Team" honours as part of an awards scheme organised by the China Real Estate Managers Union. Winners were selected by public online voting and a judging panel.
