He has also been named the Leader of the Year at APREA’s 2019 Awards for Excellence. The awards recognise significant achievements and contributions of executives in the real estate industry.

As a participating mall in the Joyful Shopping Trip campaign organised by the Shenzhen City Government, CentralWalk launched a series of ocean-themed promotional events, including a VR showcase, an exhibition titled “Explore the Ocean” as well as a cross promotion with Stanley Plaza and Temple Mall, adding greatly to the visitor experience. The mall also claimed the campaign’s “Most Popular Shopping District Award”.
