ISSUE 016 季刊 | Summer 2015 Edition

位處南區臨海地段的赤柱廣場,於4月舉行「海洋藝術展2015」,透過連串與眾同樂活動,呼籲大眾關注氣候變化及海洋保育,提倡低碳綠色生活。藝術展由領匯聯同香港青年藝術協會及海洋復原聯盟合辦,活動內容包括多組由專業藝術家運用廢棄材料製成的大型視藝裝置、青年舞蹈表演、海洋電影放映活動及即席鐵釘壁畫創作。活動焦點電影為艾美獎獲獎紀錄片《逐冰之旅》,講述人類行為導致冰川極速融化,影響自然生態及各地人民生活。

Located on Hong Kong Island's southern coast, Stanley Plaza made the perfect location for "Ocean Art Walk 2015." Organised by The Link, Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation and Ocean Recovery Alliance, the event drew public attention to climate change and ocean conservation and promoted a low-carbon lifestyle through a wide range of public engagement activities, including various large visual art installations made by professional artists with waste materials, youth dance performances, film screening and a nail art mural. The headlining film was the Emmy Award-winning documentary "Chasing Ice", a visually stunning film showing how human activities are causing glaciers to melt, upsetting the ecosystem and impacting people's lives around the world.

赤柱廣場「法國五月」 嚐盡傳統法式美饌

領匯支持由法國領事館主辦的「法國五月」,再度攜手合辦「赤柱廣場法式傳統市集」,旨在向香港市民介紹法國文化。活動於5月16-17日假赤柱廣場美利樓舉行。今屆美食節焦點為法國最大的大區–南部庇利牛斯大區。市集提供多款法國標誌性美食,包括芝士、冷盤和糕點,以供試食及選購,讓訪客在充滿歐陸氣息的美利樓和臨海露天的優美環境下,盡情嚐遍各種法式佳餚。

To promote French cuisine and fine wines from the Midi-Pyrénées Region, The Link and Le French May teamed up once again to organise the "Stanley Plaza French Traditional Food and Wine Market" on 16 and 17 May in Murray House of Stanley Plaza. A wide selection of iconic French delicacies were available, including Roquefort cheese, cold cuts and pastries. Set amid the splendour of the historic seafront building, the event offered visitors and food lovers a superb French dining experience!

Weekend Surprises at H.A.N.D.S

領匯全新屯門旗艦商場H.A.N.D.S 引入多間時尚店舖,涵蓋生活各方面所需。為鼓勵顧客體驗嶄新閒適購物概念,4月至6月期間特別舉辦「H.A.N.D.S開心周末大獎賞」,送出禮品多達5,400份,顧客一星期內累積消費滿HK$300,即可參與遊戲一次,有機會贏取豐富禮品。即時下載H.A.N.D.S手機應用程式更可獲額外遊戲機會一次。

As The Link's flagship shopping centre in Tuen Mun, H.A.N.D.S features a wide range of trendy shops and daily necessities trades. To encourage customers to come and experience this new concept at H.A.N.D.S, The Link hosted the "Weekend Surprise" programme from April to June, giving away over 5,400 prizes. By spending HK$300 or more in a week, shoppers were entitled to participate in a game for the chance to win fabulous prizes. An additional game was provided to customers who downloaded the H.A.N.D.S app.

開心社區周圍遊 發放正能量
Weekend Fun in the Neighbourhood

領匯一直致力創建愉快社區,去年12月起於旗下逾80個商場舉辦「開心社區周圍遊」,每逢周日下午安排精彩活動,包括各式流動表演、小遊戲及驚喜小禮物,與市民歡度開心時光。節日期間更送上免費爆谷及糖果予參加者,氣氛熱烈。活動首四個月已吸引逾60,000名市民參加,並將繼續舉辦活動為社區送上歡樂。

As part of its commitment to inject more fun into the communities, The Link has been running "The Link's Happy Place" programme since December, attracting over 60,000 participants in the first four months. Small-scale entertainment events are organised at over 80 shopping centres on Sunday afternoons. Visitors have enjoyed a wide range of activities, including roving performances, small games and gift giveaways. On festive days, the programme also offers free popcorn and candies. More events will be organised in the future.

街市大使培訓計劃

Upskilling Ambassadors for Better Customer Service

領匯鮮活街市優化後,服務全面提升,並聘請當區的街坊擔任服務大使,除協助有需要的顧客,亦為街坊提供買餸小貼士。大使以新形象服務顧客,領匯今年4月起推出為期一年的街市大使培訓課程,誠邀名廚張錦祥傳授烹飪技巧,並由專家指導說話技巧、儀容標準及待客之道,協助自我增值,進一步提升專業水平。

To enhance service at the renovated fresh markets, The Link has hired local residents as service ambassadors to offer assistance and cooking tips to customers. The ambassadors are currently on a one-year skill development programme to raise professional standards further. Under the programme, renowned chef Ricky Cheung will share his cooking skills, and external experts will offer training in customer service.

24 Solar Terms Cooking Demonstrations

鮮活街市每日提供多款新鮮食材,作為街坊聚腳點,透過與顧客互動,更可於社區推動健康飲食文化。為讓大家煮得開心,食得健康,領匯旗下樂富街市、H.A.N.D.S街市及大元街市,由5月起至明年4月舉行「24節氣養生食療烹飪示範」,以中國傳統24節氣為主題,將春季防瘟、夏季消暑、秋季保濕及冬季禦寒的養生食療向公眾推廣,並由街市服務大使即席示範烹調,讓顧客品嚐。

Fresh Markets are popular gathering points for residents, and important platforms for promoting healthy diet. To promote healthy eating, The Link's markets at Lok Fu, H.A.N.D.S and Tai Yuen are hosting live cooking demonstrations under the theme "Healthy Diet for 24 Solar Terms" from May 2015 to April 2016. These informative sessions are conducted by service ambassadors at the participating markets.
