Since the beginning of this year, COVID-19 has raged all over the world. In just a few months, the epidemic quickly
evolved into a global crisis, forcing countries around the world to implement social bans or even shut down their
borders. Schools were closed for a period and many companies have adopted the policy of working from home, making the
originally bustling streets extremely deserted. Sectors that usually involve interaction with people, such as retail,
restaurants and entertainment venues, have been forced to close down or reduce their business scale. Nevertheless, from
crisis comes opportunities. Many businesses and even the public have begun to establish a new set of business models and
living habits, creating a new normalcy.
In this issue of Channel 823, we profile different businesses and individuals who are weathering the storm in their own ways.
