Serving the young professionals and middle class families in Guangzhou’s Liwan District, Metropolitan Plaza has been actively optimising its trade mix since its acquisition by Link in May 2017. In keeping with the industry trend for experience-oriented shopping, the mall recently brought in a number of renowned fashion and accessories brands. Apart from ladies’ wear outlets that include GLORIA, DFDFCOCO, SIQI, Kai and Cosmo Lady, the new additions to the roster of retailers include Korean fashion brand TEENIE WEENIE, fashion retailer OOXOO, leather and accessories retailer SAAD, and optical shop Sunglass Hut. Hong Kong-based jewellery retailers TSL and Lukfook Jewellery have also opened new branches in the mall to enhance their presence in the Mainland market.

以廣州市荔灣區專業人士及中產家庭為主要對象的西城都薈廣場,自領展2017年5月收購後,積極優化商戶組合。商場新引入一眾特色時裝及配飾至潮品牌,以迎合實體零售業著重體驗的大趨勢。當中女裝品牌包括歌莉婭、DFDFCOCO、偲婍、嘅、Cosmo Lady等,更有韓國自家時裝品牌TEENIE WEENIE、時裝潮牌總匯OOXOO、飾物皮具商戶SAAD、以及時尚眼鏡店sunglass hut。港資金飾品牌謝瑞麟及六福珠寶亦進駐商場,成為港商拓展內地業務的平台。

In the run-up to Singles’ Day on 11 November, when the biggest shopping day of the year coincides with a popular time to search for a date in Mainland China, EC Mall rolled out its "17 + OMG! Juhuasuan" campaign with a series of attractive spending offers from various F&B tenants and the Nike & Jordan Basketball Experience Store. The mall marked Singles’ Day by hosting a matchmaking event modelled on the popular dating show Fei Cheng Wu Rao, and a Chinese-style wedding for 19 couples.

11月11日是光棍節,象徵脫離單身、也是全城投入盡情購物的特別日字。歐美匯購物中心推出「17+OMG!巨划算」活動,與多個餐飲商戶、耐克及JORDAN籃球體驗店聯手推出超值購物優惠。光棍節當日,商場上演《非誠勿擾》現場版,促成多對男女成為牽手情侶,更有十九對新人在場內舉辦集體婚禮,演繹中式傳統唯美浪漫。

Stanley Plaza’s Christmas Market returned for the third year with a brand new theme, “Finnish Christmas Wonders”, with the full support of the Consulate General of Finland, Hong Kong and Macau, and the Finnish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

Featuring over 80 iconic Finnish stalls offering Finnish delicacies, gifts, and northern lights merchandise, the market offered an amazing experience over two consecutive weekends. The event also showcased a unique igloo with VR display of the northern lights, a giant music box, a Finnish jacuzzi photo spot, plus an incredible Christmas lights display in the village, making the event a dazzling and truly romantic hotspot!

全城期待的「領展赤柱廣場芬蘭聖誕市集」連續第三年舉行,並得到芬蘭駐香港及澳門總領事館及香港芬蘭商會全力支持,一連兩個周末為市民帶來極具北歐聖誕色彩的市集體驗。

現場超過80個特色攤檔售賣各式芬蘭經典美食、精品及本地手作,市民爭相選購,場面熱鬧。此外,大會更打造全港首個海濱星空玻璃屋供大眾免費以VR欣賞芬蘭極光,以及設置「雪地奇緣音樂舞台」及「芬蘭Jacuzzi拍照區」等,加上整個市集滿布璀璨星燈,成為大家製造無窮浪漫及驚喜的打卡熱點!

Link piggybacked on the United States’ National Cotton Candy Day to present Hong Kong’s first-ever cotton candy-themed Christmas celebration at T Town and Tin Shui Shopping Centre. Featuring huge thematic installations, challenging games and delightful performances, this innovative campaign offered local residents the opportunity to share festive fun with family and friends. In collaboration with renowned Taiwanese cotton candy specialist Mianguozi, T Town presented six unique flavours of cotton candy, as well as exclusive Christmas cotton candy bouquets to the winners of the mall’s thematic games.


參考美國棉花糖日,T Town及天瑞商場打造香甜滿溢的浪漫聖誕村,呈獻全港首個棉花糖主題的聖誕派對。當中更設有巨型棉花糖擺設、遊戲及佳節表演,讓市民於佳節與親朋共聚開心時光。商場更與台灣著名棉花糖精品專門店「綿菓子」合作,製作6款獨特口味的棉花糖及T Town限定聖誕棉花糖花束,成功挑戰主題遊戲後即可免費獲得。

Featuring 11 discount offers as low as $1 at 30 outlets, the latest round of “Crazy Offers”, rolled out just two weeks prior to Christmas, were from retailers that included Yoshinoya, JHC, TeaWood, Jumpin Gym USA, Chicks, Lucky House Restaurant and S.Mark, a tenant of M.C. Box markets in Po Tat and Lung Hang.
