領匯致力投入社區，與多個本地慈善團體及社福機構合作，並提供特惠租金，將約8％的樓面面積，即約88萬平方呎以低於市價的特惠租金租予慈善機構及社福團體。現有150間教育和非牟利組織享用每平方呎數元的特惠租金，受惠團體包括保良局、東華三院、明愛、扶康會及匡智會等，租用面積介乎幾百平方呎至逾2萬平方呎，續租率達100%。
另外，領匯亦向有關團體及政府部門提供租用場地的折扣優惠，甚至是全額減免，提供場地舉辦與藝術文化、音樂及建築主題相關的活動，例如於今年5月向天水圍居民服務協會基金會提供場地贊助，舉辦「天水圍是我家──千人繡清明上河圖」活動，請得來自天水圍的逾千名的婦女及義工，合力製作長達22米長的「清明上河圖」刺繡，加強居民的歸屬感，並為主辦機構籌得營運資金。
為了進一步將文化帶進社區，領匯曾請來世界各地的音樂及藝術團體到商場獻技，更在9月及10月間，在樂富廣場打造免費劇場「領匯歌劇館」，提供場地放映世界級著名歌劇《茶花女》，將國際級歌劇帶給更多市民欣賞。

「我們的服務對象是經濟基礎較弱的一群，所以活動收費很低，沒有自己的營運收入，領匯提供的特惠租金，可以大大減省我們的支出，讓政府的資助能直接投放到社區服務，幫助更多受益者。」香港小童群益會觀塘區青少年外展社會工作隊助理督導主任周志文說。

The Link leases about 8% of its internal floor area to charity and welfare organisations at concessionary rents equivalent to 880,000 sq. ft. At present, 150 educational and non-profit organisations are paying concessionary rents at a few dollars per sq ft. These venues range in size from a few hundred sq. ft. to over 20,000 sq ft. The retention rate is 100%.
The Link also offers a full waiver or discount to government and charity organisations on letting fees for venues that are typically used to host activities related to the visual arts, music and architecture.

One of The Link’s sponsored organisations is the Boys’ & Girls’ Club Association of Hong Kong (BGCA), which has launched the Kwun Tong District Youth Outreaching Social Work Service Team based in Kwong Tin Shopping Centre in Lam Tin.
The rent paid by the BGCA centre is less than 10% of its operating costs, enabling it to lower fees for its regular activities. On average, each teenager receives a sponsorship of about HK$1,000 for their participation in an event. This shows that concessionary rents are in fact the most direct form of sponsorship for community organisations.
