領匯的物業遍及全港,我們透過這龐大的社區網絡,與物業管理部的社區關係經理及社區組織,攜手推動及支持不同的慈善及社區活動。除了以優惠租金向慈善機構出租約百分之八的內部樓面面積,我們亦持續向慈善機構提供場地及以捐贈形式作支援各項社區活動,凝聚社區力量。

我們特別推出「領匯社區體育學院」,一項嶄新的社區關顧計劃,成立目的是利用我們的康樂設施,為兒童及少年提供免費的體育訓練。2012年夏季期間,學院首次於五個區域為700多位參與者提供足球、籃球及教練訓練課程。領匯更計劃推出「慈善及社區參與計劃」,開展初期首要會主力促進長者福祉,以及支持兒童及青少年培訓和發展。

此外,領匯多年來亦投放資源協助商戶自我增值、為員工提供良好的工作環境,以至為整個社區提供優化的零售及消閒設施,這不但與業務增長息息相關,更同時希望各持份者亦能受惠於領匯的業務增長,達致多贏。

Working closely with the divisional relationship managers from The Link’s Property Management Department and community organisations, The Link frequently supports charity and community activities.

In addition to leasing 8% of a mall’s floor area to charity organisations at concessionary rates, we also offer rent-free venues and provide donations for charity events. These initiatives further community development through a sincere understanding of the public’s social concerns and needs.

Launched earlier this year, The Link Community Sports Academy better organises The Link’s recreational facilities to provide free sports training to local children and teens. Next year, The Link will launch the Charity and Community Engagement Programme (CCEP)to extend our support to underprivileged groups in various neighbourhoods.

Over the years, The Link has invested billions of dollars upgrading the physical structures of our shopping centres, as well as assisting our retailers to add value to their businesses. We also offer comprehensive training and an excellent work environment for our staff, in order to provide diverse and high quality choices both in retail and leisure businesses.

We believe in rallying the long-term support of our stakeholders through our fulfilment of the company’s corporate social responsibility, along with outstanding business management and the enhancement of service quality. In the summer of 2012, The Link Community Sports Academy was established to organise and provide free football and basketball training to local children and youths at The Link’s recreational facilities.
在2011/12年度,我們贊助超過2300日場地,免費或以便宜租金,租予慈善團體舉辦社區活動,為社區注入更多活力及生氣,讓居民在社區內可免費享受別具意義的消閑娛樂。
In 2011/12, The Link offered more than 2,300 instances of rent-free venues or discounted rates to local non-government organisations. This helped instil new energy and vitality into various communities.

八達通行政總裁  分享危機處理術 Octopus CEO on Crisis Management
10月領匯員工分享會請了八達通控股有限公司行政總裁張耀堂擔任主講嘉賓,與同事們分享他的危機管理經驗和心得,同時又分析了未來電子交易的大趨勢。張先生在這方面經驗豐富,早前更與公司合作於翻新後的大元街市引入便捷的八達通付款設施,為街坊提供全新的購物體驗。

張先生在講座中提到,公司員工在面對危機時必須勇於承擔責任,各級主管從發生事故到完成跟進的過程中,應當鼓勵員工即時上報,積極尋求對策而非責難下屬,以及循80/20的原則,先透過果斷行動安撫大部分客戶的情緒,然後再集中精力處理其餘棘手的個案。更重要的是,他表示要學會危中取機,善用經驗提升營運及服務質素。

另外,張先生指出電子交易是大勢所趨,預計未來的發展方向包括電話交易、融合交通零售電子收費、跨地域互通,以及自助式購物等等。

在管理人員應如何在處理危機後重振員工士氣方面,張先生說團隊領袖須以身作則持正面態度,並不時向員工說明公司的行動計劃和進度,讓員工看到公司業務會在可見的將來重上軌道,藉以重拾信心和希望。


In October, The Link invited Sunny Cheung, CEO of Octopus Holdings Limited, to be the guest speaker at the monthly sharing session. He shared his experiences in crisis management and his insights on future trends in electronic transactions.

Mr Cheung noted that a company must capitalise on the positive opportunities in a crisis that could enhance the quality of its operations and services. He went on to emphasise that team leaders should maintain a positive attitude to inspire confidence in the team members.

「領匯卓越大獎頒獎典禮」於11月21日舉行,就領匯神秘顧客計劃2012年第二回合的評核成績頒獎,其中馬鞍山分區12商場勇奪「卓越商場管理大獎」金獎,在設施及服務均獲得最高評分,較對上一個回合躍升13位。第二回合的評核於7至9月期間進行,合共評核了48個商場及452位前線服務人員的表現,更首次增設接待殘疾人士的服務水平評核,分別就前線員工接待低視力、低聽力、長者及輪椅使用者的表現評分,近9成商場水平達標,分區8商場獲最高評分。


At The Link Award Ceremony on 21 November, the results of the second round of assessments in the 2012 Mystery Shoppers Programme were announced. Ma On Shan from Cluster 12 was presented with a Gold Award in the Best Managed Cluster Awards category for its performance in both facility management and customer service. Its ranking rose by 13 from the last round of assessments.

The second round of assessments was conducted from July to September, which for the first time included customer service for the disabled. Close to 90% of the shopping centres met the requirements, and Cluster 8 received the highest rating.

領匯龍舟隊員堅毅可嘉,經過近三個月的艱苦訓練,最終帶領龍舟隊「領匯精英」在國慶龍舟邀請賽上勇創佳績。19名領匯同事出戰於筲箕灣海濱公園避風塘舉行的「63周年國慶龍舟邀請賽—香港會計師公會盃2012賽事」,「領匯精英」隊在三場賽事中愈戰愈勇,並奪得銅盃亞軍。比賽當日天朗氣清,包括管理層在內同事專程到場為健兒加油打氣,分享獲獎喜悅,現場歡聲一片,樂也融融。

The Link sent a team of 19 staff to compete in the 63rd National Day Celebration Dragon Boat Invitational Race – CPA Cup 2012, held at the typhoon shelter in Shaukeiwan. The Link’s team gave strong performances in the three races and won the first-runner up in the Bronze Cup.

競步雖然簡單,但卻需要耐力及體力的全面配合,領匯今年派出四名精英出戰港鐵競步賽,發揮力的表現。在熱烈的打氣聲中,領匯參賽隊員以最佳狀態全力出戰,在小組初賽擊敗來自香港賽馬會、會德豐地產及太古可口可樂等強勁對手,在小組初賽中獲得第一名,努力鍛練獲得回報。

The Link has sent a team of four staff to compete in the MTR HONG KONG Race Walking event this year. In the first round of the race, The Link’s team beat the Hong Kong Jockey Club, Wheelock Properties and Swire Coca Cola to become a group winner in the first round.

領匯精英雲集,同事亦多才多藝,在不同運動比賽中屢獲佳績。今年領匯保齡球隊連續第三年出征「合和保齡球慈善賽」,與其他40隊企業代表隊一較高下,成績不斷躍進。經歷多年的大型比賽實戰經驗,領匯保齡精英遇強愈強,今年成績再度躍升至第8位,其中領匯代表隊隊長、助理物業組合經理霍克遜,更在個人賽中名列前茅,排名第九位,體現了同事全力投入的體育精神。

This year, The Link’s bowling team took part in the Hopewell Bowling Charity League for the third consecutive year, competing with 40 other corporate teams. The Link’s team made great progress and took the eighth place this year.

10月24日晚於愛民廣場舉行的領匯員工保齡球之夜,讓同事在工餘時間參與運動,鍛練強健身體,亦是保齡愛好者互相認識及切磋球技的好機會。活動當晚,共有約40位同事出席參與,大家下班後娛樂一番,氣氛輕鬆熱鬧,當晚即場舉行的保齡友誼賽,成為活動的高潮,參賽的保齡高手顯露身手,勝出的同事獲得「碌齡」及儲物櫃禮劵作獎勵。高手切磋增進球技,友誼第一,比賽第二。

On 24 October, The Link held a staff bowling night at Oi Man Plaza with about 40 staff attending. The bowling contest was the highlight of the evening, in which skilled bowlers competed for bowling vouchers and locker facilities at the venue.

領匯於9月21日在海洋公園舉行了哈囉喂員工派對,吸引逾2,300名同事和他們的家人、朋友參與,不少同事更悉心打扮,以「一條辮」姑娘、彊屍等鬼馬造型參加哈囉喂化妝比賽,引得現場觀眾捧腹大笑。當晚,領匯管理層更自掏腰包舉行大抽獎,現場氣氛熱烈,共同渡過了一個「既驚又喜」的晚上。

On 21 September, The Link held a Halloween party for staff at Ocean Park. Over 2,300 staff members and their families and friends attended. Many staff members dressed up for the Halloween costume contest. The Link’s management also sponsored the evening’s lucky draw. A fun time was had by all.

領匯參加了9月由Job Market主辦的招聘日,公開招聘管業服務長、客戶服務大使、租務主任等10多個不同工種及職位,申請人士反應踴躍。

In September, The Link participated in the recruitment day held by Job Market. Job openings included positions for building supervisors, customer service representatives and leasing officers as well as more than 10 other types of jobs, roles and positions. The event succeeded in attracting a large number of applicants.

領匯共有9名員工獲得工商組優秀保安員獎項,其中一位是領匯直接聘用員工,主理長亨及長宏商場的管業服務長曾國偉(JayTsang)(右圖)。Jay於2012年3月才加入領匯,至今才不過7個多月,於短時間內就獲公司推薦參與競逐並獲得獎項,Jay表示非常感謝上司給予他機會發揮所長,他認為除了基本的物業管理工作,更重要有「以客為本」的概念,凡事為顧客多想一點,多走一步,自然能夠贏取商戶及顧客的信任及讚賞。

物業組合經理何文傑表示Jay的表現非常優異,在短時間內已熟習公司的運作、程序及文化,Jay亦經常主動與商戶及顧客溝通。何表示,推薦同事競逐獎項除對同事個人的發展有幫助,更對整個團隊的士氣有正面作用,鼓勵同事把日常工作做得更好。

此外,於九龍東警區的2011至12年度最佳保安員選舉,黃大仙中心2名保安員獲得最佳保安員銀獎的殊榮。
