今年11月,赤柱廣場再次舉辦「赤柱廣場國際美食音樂節」,活動再次獲得香港旅遊發展局全力支持,並成為「香港美酒佳餚月」的壓軸活動。

今屆活動以世界小廚神爭霸戰為亮點,澳洲小廚神2010 Jack Lark及芬蘭小廚神2012 Ida O’Mahoney更首度來港獻技,大顯身手。現場更獻上首次搬上香港舞台,改編自人氣韓劇《麵包王.金卓求》的PANG SHOW韓國攪笑音樂麵包騷;同場更有不同類型的國際音樂及舞蹈表演,精彩絕倫。此外,大家還可遊走赤柱廣場及赤柱大街20多間精選餐廳,細意品嚐以活動為主題的美味佳餚,讓赤柱的訪客盡悠閒、玩樂、飲食新體驗。

「海濱寵物嘉年華」 再度登場 狗主熱烈支持 Return of Paws by the Sea Pet Carnival
一直深受狗主歡迎的赤柱廣場,已成為他們與寵物狗假日的好去處。今年「赤柱海濱寵物嘉年華」將夥拍「救狗之家」,於12月首兩個週末舉行,精彩活動有增無減。其中在12月2日及9日將會有特別的活動登場,首個周日(12月2日)設寵物運動會,有不同的運動競技項目,供狗主即場報名參加,讓狗隻在多元項目中發掘潛能,爭榮奪標﹔同日設有寵物尋寶活動,讓主人與愛犬遊走赤柱,刺激寵物腦筋觸覺,同時讓主人及寵物間輕鬆同歡,廣結朋友齊齊玩。

活動期內最後一個周日(12月9日)備有壓軸活動,繼去年成功打破健力士世界紀錄的大型犬隻服從班,今年將挑戰全新一項狗狗健力士世界紀錄創舉「全球最多狗狗一齊刷牙」,活動既生鬼有趣,又可成為世界紀錄,必定大受狗主歡迎。同日亦設狗隻模特兒大賽,讓狗主為愛犬悉心打扮,爭妍奪魁,同時促進主人與寵物間的感情和默契。

This year’s Stanley Plaza – Paws by the Sea Pet Carnival will be held in December with many fun-filled activities. During the first two weekends of December, Stanley Plaza will team up with Hong Kong Dog Rescue in organising Stanley Plaza - Paws by the Sea Pet Carnival. Among the activities to be held are Pet’s Sports Day (2nd December), as well as a Treasure Hunt in Stanley for pet owners and their dogs.

On 9th December, participating pet owners and their dogs will aim at the world record for the highest number of dogs to have their teeth brushed at the same time. There will also be a dog modeling contest on the day.

10月份,樂富廣場活力四射,20名本地大專校花校草齊集樂富廣場,施展渾身解數,競逐晉身第三屆「FACE U Star大專校花校草選舉」10強,冀能當上明日之星。今年,領匯特別與年輕潮流雜誌《FACE》 合作,首次將 U Star選舉活動移師到商場舉辦,為樂富廣場注入年輕消費動力,帶旺商戶生意。

活動當日現場氣氛熾熱,大批年輕人湧至商場支持大專偶像,在拉票大格鬥環節中,粉絲團落力為偶像助選,紛紛高呼創意口號,讓心水人選摘下「最『撐』人氣獎」及「勁『爆』粉絲團獎」。人氣歌手G.E.M.(鄧紫棋)亦現身活動獻唱,用歌聲為參賽者打氣,將活動帶向高潮。

In October, the Face U Star School Idol Canvassing Show was held at Lok Fu Plaza. Ten out of 20 popular school idols were selected for the finals. Adding her support to the school idols was local singer G.E.M.(Gloria Tang), who gave a rousing performance for the crowd.

音樂大同,力量感動心弦。去年無伴奏音樂節空前成功,今年領匯邀得來自美國的國際級無伴奏組合 Metro Vocal Group與多隊亞洲人氣組合,於11月9日至11日期間,分別在樂富廣場及赤柱廣場的「亞洲無伴奏音樂節」上獻技,以純人聲清唱取代傳統樂器伴奏演唱動人曲韻,用新穎的音樂表演方式,再次號召樂迷。

領匯一向支持文化藝術的推廣,活動首日及首次舉辦「香港大專無伴奏比賽2012」,作為音樂節的頭炮,廣邀學生及音樂團體為VIP嘉賓參與欣賞音樂節。咖啡與音樂同受年輕人喜愛,領匯特別與咖啡連鎖店Pacific Coffee及Caffe HABITU合作推廣,在咖啡杯套印上音樂節詳情,並向大專院校學生派發印有咖啡券的活動傳單。嶄新宣傳渠道接觸更多愛品味的年輕樂迷,吸引大批大專音樂發燒友參加活動,唱出自己的音樂夢,輕快樂韻瀰漫整個商場。

Following the tremendous success of the International A Cappella Festival last year, The Link presented the Asia A Cappella Festival at Lok Fu Plaza and Stanley Plaza from 9 to 11 November. In partnership with local universities, The Link hosted an a cappella contest for university students. The Link also joined with Pacific Coffee and Caffe HABITU to produce coffee cup sleeves with details of the festival and promotional flyers with coffee vouchers, which were distributed at university campuses.

樂富廣場的推廣活動不只面向大專學生,連中小學生亦一同受惠。領匯為全港所有全日制學生度身訂造的「樂富廣場學生我最大」年度學生優惠獎賞活動,自9月1日起在樂富廣場推出以來,大受學生歡迎,成功吸納大批學生蒞臨商場消費。

當中「每月學生大抽獎」環節,每月向惠顧學生送上人氣潮流產品,首個幸運兒已經誕生,並獲贈手提電腦一部,喜上眉梢。浪接浪的學生優惠活動,令樂富廣場成為學生的購物消閒聚腳點。此活動更獲場內逾70%商戶支持及參與,人氣生意齊飆升,達至雙贏。

With the launch of “Privileges for Students All-Year-Round” for full-time students, Lok Fu Plaza has succeeded in attracting large number of student shoppers to the mall. The promotional event has also received widespread support from the mall’s tenants.

領匯致力在社區推廣識飲識食文化,過去半年的人氣特色飲食活動大受市民歡迎,不但與食肆商戶攜手推出獨特菜式,廣吸客源,亦讓顧客品嚐到特色佳餚。其創新食譜及最近推出的飲食天書《大廚小傳》亦廣受市民歡迎,為大家帶來創意煮食及分享特色名廚秘技。

在過去半年,領匯已先後舉辦過「領匯の日本美食祭樂富廣場で開催」;先於大元街市和愛民街市派發紀曉華推介食譜,再於港島東、將軍澳及九龍東舉辦「紀識嘆世界」飲食推廣活動,驚喜浪接浪、區接區,務求接觸到更多客群。

Promotions by The Link to encourage the art of dining in the community have enjoyed great popularity over the past six months. For these wine-and-dine events, The Link teamed up with selected restaurant tenants to present special dishes and featured delicacies. The Link also published creative recipes and a booklet, The Link’s Chef, which have also been very well received.

The dining and promotional events have included The Link’s Japanese Food Fair - Lok Fu Plaza’s First Anniversary; give-aways of Walter Kei’s Recipe Card at Tai Yuen Market and Oi Man Market; and special dinner events with Walter Kei at Hong Kong Island East, Tseung Kwan O and Kowloon East. All these promotions successfully increased the footfall to our portfolio.

最新推出的《大廚小傳》內容豐富,除介紹領匯旗下商場特色食肆的巧手名菜,更訪問了背後精心炮製佳餚的實力大廚,分享招牌菜的製作秘技及其奮鬥故事,細訴美饌背後的甜酸苦辣。

該飲食天書於10月中甫推出即大受歡迎,短短兩個星期,在31個領匯指定商場已換出二十萬本,需火速加印,換領期至11月30日。除了憑消費換領,《大廚小傳》亦隨雜誌附送及在10個Shell指定油站免費派發, 大大擴闊接觸客群,為食肆開拓更多客源。

The recently released publication, The Link’s Chef, introduces readers to an array of cuisines offered by restaurants of The Link’s shopping centres, as well as interviews with famed chefs who share their signature dishes and the stories of their careers. Following its launch in October, 200,000 copies were redeemed within two weeks. The book is in its second printing so additional copies will be available.

歌劇藝術普及並融入社區 感受全方位藝術氛圍 Making the Art of Opera Accessible to All
除了美食,領匯亦善用旗下商場廣大網絡,推動藝術文化,在9月至10月期間,於樂富廣場打造免費劇場「領匯歌劇館」,提供場地放映世界級著名歌劇《茶花女》,將國際級歌劇帶進社區。

該活動由領匯及亞洲藝術音樂推廣基金會(FAMA)合辦,獲其他社區團體及商業機構全力支持,結集社區不同力量。活動更邀得本地女藝員、香港舞台劇獎最佳女主角蘇玉華任主持,細說《茶花女》這部曾感動過千萬人的淒美愛情故事,讓觀眾親身體驗歌劇文化的獨特魅力。

影片分為四個部分,每段長15至20分鐘,由不同訪談內容及世界各地的精彩演出片段組成,全長90分鐘。觀眾可在特別訂製的6米高豪華帳棚內細賞,確是難得的文化體會。

In September and October, The Link presented The Link PopUp Opera, a purpose-built pop-up theatre at Lok Fu Plaza to make the art of opera more accessible to the general public. A special screening of the film version of the classic opera La Traviata was shown at the venue during the event.

葡萄酒除了搭配西餐,與中餐亦可是絕配。「美酒盛宴夜」載譽歸來,領匯首次與香港葡萄酒教育中心合作,將於12月7日在啓田商場潮篇(麗都集團)舉行「品酒﹒潮 - 美酒盛宴夜」,聯同食家兼品酒達人紀曉華,與食客分享葡萄美酒與潮式傳統菜的配搭心得。

盛宴當晚將有多款精選葡萄酒供試飲,香港葡萄酒教育中心導師及紀曉華並會即場傳授品酒技巧,讓參加者掌握新世界美酒配佳餚的箇中竅門,十一道「新潮」菜式與葡萄美酒相互輝映,帶領品味者展開嶄新的味覺之旅。

Wine does not only associate with western cuisine, but also goes well with the distinctive tastes of Chinese cuisine. The Link has joined with Hong Kong Wine Academy to present another of its popular wine pairing banquet on 7 December in Chaozhou Cuisine at Kai Tin Shopping Centre. Renowned traveler and wine taster Walter Kei will prepare 11 Chaozhao style fushion dishes for an exciting new experience in wine pairing and dining with food lovers.
