領匯率先在黃大仙中心試行由香港大學作技術研發的《去街易E-Guide》服務，並邀請視障人士團體參與測試，希望為他們帶來貼心的商場體驗。將來視障人士只需憑Android智能電話及遙控接收器，輸入他們的目的地，《去街易E-Guide》便會利用智能電話的發聲功能，沿途講述所經過的商舖及設施，一路引領視障人士直達目的地。試用者Kim表示，

2012年首度舉辦的「領匯社區體育學院」今年春季課程新增網球、太極、滾軸溜冰及首度開班供特殊學校及殘疾人士參加的保齡球訓練班。領匯會為所有學員免費提供全套裝備，更倍增上課地點至市區及新界八個區域，讓社區內的兒童、青少年、長者及殘疾人士均可在家門附近，免費參與有益身心的康體活動。為協助有潛質的學員進一步提升運動技能，春季課程表現優異的學員，將有機會參與夏季舉行的深造訓練班，為香港體育界培育運動精英。
Following its success last year, The Link Community Sports Academy returns this spring with additional sports venues and an expanded programme comprising new courses like tennis, tai chi, roller skating and bowling. The Academy now welcomes people with disabilities, and it provides formal and free sports training for children, teens, the elderly and rehabilitation groups in the community.
