今年的母親節及父親節,領匯特別夥拍南順香港有限公司於樂富廣場推出兩個最窩心的親子活動,讓孩子和家長一起體驗自家烹調的樂趣,吸引全家到商場消費。顧客只須於樂富廣場消費滿500港元即可免費參加,每組參加者更可獲贈豐富禮物包。

於5月6日舉行的「愛爸媽健康煮意工作坊」,特別開設了親子烹飪及麵包工作坊,由大廚即場教授煮出別緻健康菜式,並製作新鮮菠蘿包及意式薄餅,讓爸媽與子女歡度開心共聚時刻。

適逢四年一度的世界盃盛事,活動亦安排於6月15日父親節當日舉行親子麵包工作坊,參加者有機會製作別緻的足球麵包,讓子女為父親送上最特別的禮物。


To celebrate the Mother's and Father's Day, The Link partnered with Lam Soon Hong Kong Group to organise a series of cooking events at Lok Fu Plaza to attract families to spend in the shopping centre. Upon purchase of HK$500 or above, families could participate in the workshops and receive a free goodie bag.

The "Love Your Parents Healthy Cooking Workshop" was held on 6 May. Experienced chef was on-site to teach participates how to prepare pineapple buns, Italian pizzas and other healthy dishes. Delicious dishes came with sweet memories to the participants.

In celebration of the World Cup 2014 and Father's Day, "Football Buns" were specially made during the bakery workshop on 15 June as a special gift for their fathers.

為捉緊世界盃熱潮,「領匯Kick入細世盃」於6月7日至7月13日期間連續六個周末,在領匯旗下多個商場舉行連串比賽及活動,藉以推廣足球文化,讓大眾體驗足球運動的樂趣,並吸引一家大小到場消費。是次活動引入全亞洲接近三十個地區熱玩的Kick Tempo潮流運動,參加者於小型充氣足球場「一對一」作賽,於限時三分鐘內奪取分數,過程緊張刺激。活動當日,顧客只須於場內作任何消費,即可與其年滿五歲的子女免費參加親子足球遊戲,並由專業教練指導基本足球技巧,共享親子樂趣!

為加強互動元素,每個比賽日均加插花式足球表演環節,大會亦邀請了多隊球隊包括太陽飛馬足球隊、傑志足球學校等及多個慈善機構以種子身份參賽,與市民切磋球技。

To bring the craze of the FIFA World Cup to shopping centres, "The Link Football Fever" was launched at the shopping centres each weekend from 7 June to 13 July. The event introduced Kick Tempo Football, a popular football variation in nearly 30 Asian regions, to promote football culture and attract customers. The game put two players competed inside an inflatable field for a three-minute match. Customers could participate in the game and receive football coaching with any purchase at the shopping centre hosting the event.

Freestyle football performance was staged and famous local football teams such as Sun Pegasus FC and Kitchee Escola were also invited to interact with participants.

今個暑假,領匯聯同機械人玩具收藏家及網上人氣玩具討論區-「玩具日報」強勢推出以機械人為題的連串大型活動,更於樂富廣場的「領匯香港玩具博物館」免費展出一系列從未曝光兼且極具收藏價值的經典機械人玩具。

The Link partnered with renowned robot collectors and the popular online toy forum, Toydaily, to present a set of robot-themed events this summer. The free exhibition at "HK Toy Museum @ The Link" at Lok Fu Plaza featured classic robot collections that had never been exhibited.

領匯首次與「玩具日報」合作,早前於討論區及Facebook專頁進行網上投票,讓公眾選出最具代表性的「我們的機械人」。十大入選的機械人玩具,聯同城中著名機械人玩具收藏家的「變形金剛」及「大膠玩具」等過百件玩具珍藏齊集於玩具展,吸引大批親子客群及玩具愛好者專程前來 ,熱爆全城!

The Link cooperated with Toysdaily for the first time to organise public voting on the most classic robots. The top ten robots together with Transformers and Jumbo Machinder from a famous robot toy collector attracted numerous of families and toy lovers to visit the exhibition.

「我們的機械人」玩具展於7月17日至8月3日舉行,顧客只需拍攝並上載展出的機械人玩具,即有機會贏取雙人四日三夜來回東京旅遊套票連Gundam Front Tokyo高達博物館入場詺(價值8,000港元)。

而顧客於活動期間的周末,除可欣賞機械人造型cosplayer的精彩巡遊及表演外,只要消費滿500港元,便可免費乘坐成功刷新「全球最大型可駕駛手砌積木車」健力士世界紀錄的「夢想號戰車」,見證歷史性一刻。

The Robot Alliance Show was held from 17 July to 3 August. Participants would have a chance to win a 4-day, 3-night Tokyo travel package to the Gundam Front Tokyo (worth HK$8,000) by uploading photos of their favourite robots at the exhibition. Besides enjoying classic robot cosplayers' spectacular parade and performance during weekend, customers could experience the Dream Chariot with the purchase of HK$500 or above at Lok Fu Plaza. The Dream Chariot holds a Guinness World Record as the world's "Largest Drivable Vehicle Made From Interlocking Plastic Bricks".

一年一度的「赤柱國際龍舟錦標賽」在端午節一片熱鬧的氣氛下圓滿結束。今年已是領匯第三年贊助此項盛事,參加隊伍超過一百九十隊,共約三千八百名健兒參加「赤柱廣場混合組」及「赤柱廣場混合金盃賽」,為歷屆之冠。

其後赤柱廣場亦舉辦「六月音樂狂熱」頭炮活動「Flip Flop Fest」,由多支本地及國際搖滾勁旅Azucar Latina、Kolor、Match Box、Sensi Lion、SoHuman及Supper Moment接力演出,為一眾健兒及遊客帶來震撼的盛夏音樂,吸引大批樂迷前來欣賞。

遊客於當日穿著沙灘拖鞋光臨赤柱廣場,並把照片上載到Facebook打卡,或於廣場購物並出示即日機印發票,即可獲贈別注版沙灘拖鞋一對,齊齊迎接炎炎夏日。

Following the great success of the annual "Stanley International Dragon Boat Championships", The Link sponsored this flagship community event for the third consecutive year. Well-received by athletes and spectators, a record of 190 teams comprising 3,800 participants took part in the "Stanley Plaza Mixed Division" and the "Stanley Plaza Mixed Gold Cup" this year.

Running alongside the races were all the exciting shows of "Flip Flop Fest", the opening event of this year's "Stanley Plaza Sunday Summer Jam", which entertained the athletes of the Dragon Boat Championships as well as visitors to the Plaza. Local and international bands, including Azucar Latina, Kolor, Match Box, Sensi Lion, SoHuman and Supper Moment, delivered dynamic and energetic performances. Visitors could redeem a pair of special edition flip-flops by presenting a receipt of any purchase made at Stanley Plaza, or by posting a photo of themselves wearing flip-flops on Facebook with location check-in.

赤柱廣場除了是全港首個歡迎狗隻的商場外,亦因其建築充滿歐陸風格而享負盛名。為迎合不同客群,赤柱廣場分別於美利樓舉辦了首個「法國傳統市集」,及於赤柱廣場舉辦「金牌馴狗師大駕到」活動。


首個法國傳統市集

赤柱廣場與宣揚法國文化的「法國五月」合作,於5月11日在美利樓舉辦首個「赤柱廣場法國傳統市集」,讓遊人彷如置身法國傳統美食集中地,嚐盡法式佳餚美食及羅訥河谷美酒,當中包括法國芝士、冷盤、海鮮及糕點,讓遊人全情投入富有法式風情的浪漫五月。

赤柱廣場的特色法國餐廳亦藉著是次活動,推出「法國五月美食節」精選餐單和推廣優惠,吸引顧客品嚐法式美食。知名法籍米芝蓮星級大廚Christian Tetedoie 亦親臨赤柱展示法式烹調藝術,讓一眾訪客可以免費品嚐頂級法式菜餚。

「金牌馴狗師大駕到」活動

除了迎合遊人的活動外,馳名國際的金牌馴狗師Cesar Millan於5月10日出席赤柱廣場的「金牌馴狗師大駕到」活動,與本地狗主分享飼養寵物心得,並分享犬隻溝通技巧。同場亦設置多個寵物攤位,如狗狗素描、尋寶挑戰、攝影等等,達至人犬同樂。

活動當日更有狗隻瑜伽班,由專業導師即場示範瑜伽動作,讓狗狗也可多做運動,保持身體健康。活動更設有狗隻領養區,鼓勵市民關心被遺棄的動物,領養犬隻,同時宣揚尊重生命,愛護動物的訊息。

Stanley Plaza is not only the first dog-friendly shopping centre in Hong Kong, but also famous for its European atmosphere there. Therefore, a series of special events were organised at Stanley Plaza to serve different customers, including the first "French Traditional Market" at Murray House and the "Cesar to the Rescue Day at Stanley Plaza" programme.

French Traditional Market

The Link cooperated with Le French May to organise the "French Traditional Market" on 11 May at Murray House to promote French cuisines and fine wines from Rhone Valley. A wide range of authentic French gourmet, such as cheese, charcuterie, seafood and pastries were showcased at this historic building.

To boost sales by riding on Le French May, French restaurants at the Stanley Plaza offered special menus and promotional offers to customers. Christian Tetedoie, a famous Michelin-starred chef from Lyon, was also invited to give cooking demonstration and food tasting at Stanley Plaza in which visitors could enjoy the top-notch French dining experience.


Cesar to the Rescue Day

Apart from events for tourists, Cesar Millan, the world-famous "Dog Whisperer", was invited to share his dog communication tips with dog lovers at Stanley Plaza on 10 May. Sketching Corner and photo booths were set up at the Stanley Plaza Amphitheater so that pet owners could enjoy the happy moments with their dogs and friends.

In addition, a professional instructor was invited to demonstrate Dog Yoga and teach dog owners on how to keep their dogs healthy. A dog adoption corner was also set up to spread the message of animal welfare and pet adoption.

領匯今年首次與本地環保社會企業Green Monday合作,推出五十二款「無綠不歡新煮意」素食食譜,2014年逢星期一於旗下指定街市免費派發,推動綠色及健康飲食文化外,亦為旗下街市帶來人流。素食食譜由多位素食專家悉心設計,並配合節日及時令而編寫,更包含多款環球綠色美食。

活動亦推出了《無綠不歡食譜集》供顧客消費換領。食譜集獨特的設計讓顧客可以將五十二款食譜收藏其中,更備有環保小貼士及營養資訊,方便大家與親朋好友隨時隨地分享素食樂趣。 尊重生命,愛護動物的訊息。

The Link partnered with local green social enterprise Green Monday for the first time to launch the "Go Green Monday with The Link's Market" recipe cards. 52 types of recipe cards have been distributed at designated fresh markets every Monday to promote healthy eating and attract customers. Besides advocating a healthy eating culture, the campaign also increased patronage of the markets. Designed by vegetarian specialists, the green recipes featured festive and global gourmet.

In addition to recipe cards, the specially designed "The Green Cookery Book" was produced for shoppers to collect the recipe cards. Printed with green tips and nutritional information, one can easily share vegetarian gourmet with family and friends.

每個人都有一個夢想,領匯旗下物業就有二十三個年輕廚師努力奮鬥,於領匯商場開設食店,或成為出色的新一代大廚,實現夢想。領匯特意採訪一眾飲食界明日之星,將他們的故事收錄在《新 '廚世代》一書當中,向食客呈現其食店及菜餚背後的小故事,支持新一代大廚的夢想。大廚們更會分享拿手小菜的製作秘技。

顧客由5月30日起於指定領匯商場消費滿50港元即可換領《新 '廚世代》一本,數量有限,換完即止。


Everybody has a dream! The Link interviewed 23 young chefs and published the "New Generation Chefs" booklet to support their culinary dreams. They are all highly appreciated young chefs, and some of them are operating their own restaurants at The Link's shopping centres. The booklet featured their behind-the-scene stories, which showcased their food passion and shared their secret tips of cooking with the readers.

From 30 May, customers can redeem the booklet at designated shopping centres with any purchase of HK$50 while stock lasts.

領匯先後兩年於不同地區推出「紀識嘆世界」,大受顧客歡迎。今年活動載譽歸來,更邀得名廚黃永幟(幟哥)與沙角商場龍悅合作,於7月11日晚上為大家送上「賞幟盛宴」。每道以海鮮為主打的菜式均配上名酒區的葡萄酒,為賓客帶來高層次的味覺享受。顧客於6月至7月期間,在沙田區領匯商場消費滿指定金額即可換領門票,享用由幟哥與龍悅大廚主理的晚宴。

此外,幟哥更親自設計6款「好識煮食譜卡」分享烹飪秘技,讓大家可自家炮製高質素美食,煮出名廚風味。食譜卡以中、英、印尼文印製,方便愛煮食人士收藏,顧客可於6月20日至8月15日期間,於沙田區指定商場的顧客服務台免費索取。

紀識嘆世界 「賞幟盛宴」共享美饌 幟哥教品味生活
"Gourmet in Style" Returns  in  2014

Following the success of the last two years, "Gourmet in Style" was back this year in Shatin. The Link partnered with Dragon Delight Restaurant in Sha Kok Shopping Centre and invited chef Wong Wing Chee ("Chef Chee") to hold the wine-pairing seafood banquet on 11 July. All seafood dishes were paired with fine wines from well-known wineries, providing an excellent tasting experience to diners. Customers could redeem the banquet ticket and enjoy the dinner by Chef Chee and Dragon Delight Restaurant upon certain purchase at designated shopping centres in Shatin District.

In addition to the banquet, Chef Chee also designed six different recipe cards to share his cooking tips so that everyone can cook delicacies at home. Recipes cards were printed in Chinese, English and Indonesian for food lovers to collect. Customers could collect the recipe cards for free from 20 June to 15 August at designated shopping centres in Shatin district.
