Upon latest refurbishment, Siu Sai Wan Plaza further enhanced its niche as a family-oriented shopping destination with two new children’s outdoor playgrounds and a host of popular eateries offering a broad range of Asian and Western cuisines, including 101 Taiwanese Restaurant, MoMoKu, Sho Do Shima and Saizeriya. On top of a number of fashion and footwear brands, new tenants include Thetis Beauty Salon, a well-established beauty parlour which is its first in a Link property. The mall’s new floor layout and additional escalators have also greatly improved shopper circulation.
完成優化後的小西灣廣場進一步強化了其家庭購物地標的地位。除新增兩個全新戶外兒童遊樂場之外,更引入101台式休閒餐廳、韓樂、小豆島日本料理、薩莉亞意式餐廳等多家人氣食府,提供亞洲和西式菜餚。新商號除包羅多個時裝及鞋履品牌外,還有首次進駐領展商場的Thetis美容中心。商場亦增設扶手電梯和提升其商舖佈局,以助貫通客流。

The newly renovated Lung Hang Commercial Centre in Shatin has taken on a South-East Asian look, featuring new ceiling fans, benches, artificial trees and a forest-themed design scheme. Its new tenant mix includes Rich Forex Restaurant, a Shunde-style Chinese restaurant (new to Link’s portfolio) and V28 Bakery. New retailers offer household goods, furniture, women’s fashion and children’s clothes. The mall has also greatly enhanced accessibility with more escalators and a ramp at the main entrance. Its exterior has also undergone refurbishment to enhance its visibility in the neighbourhood. Coupled with an upgraded fresh market, Lung Hang Commercial Centre is attracting an increased patronage.
優化後的沙田隆亨商場,加添天花吊扇、座椅及人造樹木,配以森林主題色調,為購物環境注入東南亞風情。新商戶包括V28 Bakery和首度加盟領展的順德風味福盈酒家,以及家居用品、傢俬、女裝和童裝零售商。商場更增設扶手電梯,並於主要入口加裝斜道,方便顧客出入,新設計的外牆亦令物業更為奪目。該商場連同場內已完成翻新的街市,成功帶動客流上升。
Metropolitan Plaza Opens Doors to Children’s Education

Strategically located at the intersection of two Guangzhou Metro lines and in close proximity to about 3,000 high end residential units, Link’s Metropolitan Plaza serves the sizeable population of Guangzhou’s Liwan District. In response to growing demand for children’s education services, the mall has introduced a number of education-related tenants, including Giraffe English, which unlocks children’s language potential through multifaceted activities; Genius Kids, which specialises in using Lego as an educational tool; and Gymboree Play & Music, which offers infants and toddlers play-based learning. These new tenants have not only strengthened Metropolitan Plaza’s mid-market positioning, but have also broadened the mall’s service offerings for its family-oriented customer base.
西城都薈廣場位處兩條地鐵線交匯上蓋,毗連近3,000個高端住宅單位,服務龐大的廣州荔灣區客群。因應社區對兒童早期教育服務需求殷切,商場最近引進多家教育機構。當中長頸鹿美語以多元化活動啟發兒童言語潛能;百變天才則提供樂高教育服務,而金寶貝則為嬰幼兒提供寓教於樂的課程。新商戶除強化西城都薈作為區域性中檔商場的定位,亦令服務更為多元化。

CONNECTION is an annual event organised by Link to gather input and feedback from key stakeholders, including service providers, contractors, tenants, NGOs and staff, to help develop long-term corporate sustainability strategy.
This year, we redesigned CONNECTION into an interactive engagement forum that facilitates better discussion to seek more input from our key strategic partners.
The forum focused on introducing emerging global and local trends, updating participants of Link’s six growth drivers, and exploring the idea of – and the opportunities stemming from – creating shared value.
Link is committed to regularly reporting back to CONNECTION participants on the progress we make on suggestions and feedback received from the event.

Link is one of the best performers in promoting diversity especially gender diversity and the number of women directors is one of the highest among listed companies in Hong Kong. At the “Women on Boards” panel discussion organised by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Link’s Independent Non-Executive Director May Tan offered her thoughts on board diversity.

At a seminar organised by the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association and Cushman & Wakefield, CEO George Hongchoy shared Link’s experience in building a diversified business by leading innovations in the retail sector and acquiring strategic assets in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

MBA students from London Business School visited Link’s head office for a presentation on Link's business strategies and innovation. The students learned how Link engages its customers and enhances its operations through information technology, including the piloting of new technologies at its two newest commercial properties.

Link has augmented its senior management team through new appointments. Kok Siong Ng was named Chief Financial Officer (CFO), taking over from Andy Cheung who was recently appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Mr Cheung, who continues to serve the Link Board as Executive Director, undertakes a more diverse management role in his new capacity as COO.
As CFO, Mr Ng spearheads the finance, treasury and insurance, risk management, and research and data analytics functions of Link. Mr Ng has extensive experience in the real estate industry across Asia with a strong background in finance, investment, corporate development and business technology. Prior to joining Link, he served in CapitaLand Group in Singapore.

張先生繼續出任領展執行董事,其擔任的首席營運總監為新設職位,將就領展策略性計劃的執行,擔任更多元化的管理角色。
