顧客於頌富廣場及天水圍區5個指定商場(天耀廣場、天瑞商場、天澤商場、天慈商場、天盛商場)購物滿指定金額,除可享有免費泊車優惠外,更可參加抽獎,贏取總值超過20萬港元的豐富禮品!

此外,頌富廣場特別邀請曾參加TVB魔法擂台的人氣少年魔術師吳家瑋,推廣期內逢周日為大家送上奇幻魔術表演,並開辦「親子魔法訓練班」教授6至12歲的小朋友學習具創意的趣味魔術,歡度既精彩又開心的周日下午。一系列活動反應熱烈,吸引超過5萬人參與。

發揮社交媒體新力量 微博博客參觀團

為發揮頌富廣場的地理優勢,吸引更多旅客購物,領匯特意邀請了29位人氣微博博客來臨廣場參觀,利用他們在社交媒體的知名度,在網上發揮宣傳功能,吸引更多旅客光臨,更於場內推出特別針對旅客的3G電話卡購物換領服務,廣受旅客歡迎。


After completion of the Phase 1 asset enhancement project, the rejuvenated Chung Fu Plaza has brought in different types of new tenants. The Link has also organised a series of excited events for families and tourists including “Sunday Lucky Draw”, “Parent-child Magic Workshop” and “Blogger Tour” from October to December 2013. In addition, visitors were offered privileges such as 3-hour free parking and gift redemption opportunities for tourists, which added to the exciting and diverse shopping experience. A booklet for Chung Fu Plaza was also published.

Sunday Lucky Draw & Parent-child Magic Workshop

Customers with any purchase of certain amounts in The Link’s Chung Fu Plaza and five other designated centres in the same district (Tin Yiu Plaza, Tin Shui Shopping Centre, Tin Chak Shopping Centre, Tin Tsz Shopping Centre and Tin Shing Shopping Centre) were not only able to enjoy the free parking offer, but were also entitled to participate in the Sunday Lucky Draw, which featured prizes worth a total of over HK$200,000! In addition, Chung Fu Plaza invited the famous magician Ng Ka Wai, “My Favourite Magician” from TVB’s Magic Ring Show, to perform wonderful magic tricks and host a “Parent-child Workshop” for children aged 6 to 12 each Sunday, allowing families to enjoy a series of fun-filled weekends at Chung Fu Plaza! This promotion campaign received an overwhelming response and attracted over 50,000 participants.

To promote Chung Fu Plaza through social media, The Link invited 29 bloggers to experience the new shopping experience available at Chung Fu Plaza and give recommendations to their followers. In particular, the tourist gift redemption offer, which included 3G phone cards, was well received.

Widespread advertising campaign to increase footfall


領匯於巴士、輕鐵及地鐵等大眾交通工具刊登大型廣告,宣傳優化後的頌富廣場,更製作附有商戶優惠券的精美小冊子,以郵寄方式寄到元朗、天水圍,屯門各區內的屋苑、及安排於各主要過境口岸派發,活動成功吸引大批本地及國內遊客蒞臨頌富廣場購物消費。

The Link launched a widespread advertising campaign by putting ads on public transport, including buses, light rail and the MTR. The Link has also produced a discount coupon booklet for Chung Fu Plaza. The booklets were sent to residents in Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai and Tuen Mun and were made available to tourists at major border crossings.

The campaign proved to be a major success, as it attracted both local and mainland customers to experience a new shopping experience at Chung Fu Plaza.

積極推廣低碳生活的領匯於2月2日(年初三)在沙田及大埔區舉辦了第三屆「單車行大運」及「單車舞火龍」,與過千名香港市民以健康方式送蛇迎馬,歡度一個既健康又熱鬧的農曆新年。

「單車舞火龍」刷新紀錄 閃耀全城

於黃昏時段,領匯率領各專業單車好手、業餘單車愛好者及一眾參加的市民共約400人,以繫上光帶的單車創造出全長逾3,000呎的單車夜光火龍,於科學園一帶「舞動」,場面盛大壯觀,陣容為歷屆之冠,共同刷新「單車舞火龍」紀錄,將新年的祝福傳遍區內。

單車嘉年華及匯演 嶄新方式賀新春

領匯於當日安排了「單車嘉年華及匯演」與市民共度難忘新年,節目包括光舞、武師及啦啦隊表演和免費攤位遊戲,領匯更特別請了來自荷蘭的單車樂隊表演邊踩單車邊奏樂的絕技,以及「Light FantasyTM」燈光舞團帶來新年快閃LED光舞表演,以嶄新的形式向市民拜年,場面熱鬧。

「單車行大運」應節、開運、做善事

延續過去兩年於天水圍及將軍澳舉辦的單車新春盛事,第三屆「單車行大運」吸引了超過1,000名市民及單車好手參與。今年,活動更首次以優閒組及挑戰組進行,兩組均以沙田沙角商場作起點及科學園白石角海濱公園及長廊為終點,途經領匯旗下分別位於沙田區及大埔區的多個商場,包括瀝源廣場、禾輋廣場、愉翠商場、頌安商場、富善商場、富亨商場、大元商場及太和廣場,讓參加者既可欣賞吐露港美景之餘,亦可於沿途設有的「開運站」玩遊戲,為新的一年增添福氣。

此外,領匯承諾為每名參加者捐出HK$50,合共捐出HK$50,000予香港精英運動員協會成立的「精英運動員慈善基金」,以協助精英運動員投入社會。參加者行善之餘,亦獲限量版潮Tee及內藏豐富禮品的運動型腰包,滿載而歸。

The Link, which actively promotes a low-carbon lifestyle, just hosted the 3rd Bike Dragon Dance on 2 February in Sha Tin and Tai Po districts. Thousands of people gathered together to welcome the Year of the Horse and celebrate Chinese New Year in a healthy and unique way.

Bike Dragon Dance lights up the Science Park cycling path

That evening, The Link gathered about 400 bike enthusiasts to stage a performance with their bicycle lights, forming a 3,000-feet Bike Dragon. The Bike Dragon danced along the cycling path in Science Park and set a new record for the “Bike Dancing Dragon”, delivering prosperous New Year’s wishes to everyone.

Bike Carnival and Performance welcome the New Year

The Link also organised a Bike Carnival and Performance that featured martial arts and cheerleading performances, including an amazing light show by Light FantasyTM that combined LEDs and unique dancing as well as the Bicycle Showband from the Netherlands, who played music while riding bicycles. Game booths were also set up for participants to enjoy this fun-filled carnival.

Bike Parade kicks off the New Year and benefits the Hong Kong Elite Athletes Association

Following the success of the event during the last two years, more than 1,000 bike enthusiasts joined the Bike Parade this year. Participants were divided into the Leisure Group and Challenge Group, with all participants receiving a commemorative T-shirt and limited edition waist bag. Both groups started the ride at Sha Kok Commercial Centre and headed towards Pak Shek Kok Promenade at Hong Kong Science Park by way of The Link’s shopping centres in Sha Tin and Tai Po. During the Bike Parade, participants were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Tolo Harbour while also riding passed different “lucky stations” to bring a prosperous New Year.

The Link donated HK$50 for each participant for a total donation of HK$50,000 to the Elite Athlete Charitable Trust established by the Hong Kong Elite Athletes Association to help elite athletes devote themselves to training and contribute to society.

今年領匯不但連續第三屆舉辦「單車舞火龍」,更首次躋身香港旅遊發展局於大年初一舉辦之「新春國際匯演之夜」,由領匯聯同全運會單車金牌得主何兆麟,率領一眾大專生、青少年以及領匯員工共80人組成單車巡遊隊伍,利用單車燈光拼砌出500多呎長的夜光火龍,於尖沙咀繁華夜市當中舞動,配合彌敦道及廣東道的霓虹燈光,互相輝映,為香港市民及中外旅客帶來極致的視覺效果。成為「單車舞火龍」活動的一個重要里程碑。

This year marked the third consecutive year that The Link hosted the Bike Dragon Dance, and for the first time ever, The Link participated in the Chinese New Year Night Parade organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board. By teaming up with Alan Ho, Gold Medalist of National Games of the People’s Republic of China, The Link led an elite bike parade team comprising 80 university students, youths and employees. The parade team formed a Bike Dragon that stretched to over 500 feet and danced along the bustling night streets of Tsim Sha Tsui and under the neon glow of Nathan Road and Canton Road. Using the special bicycle lights, the parade team created a dazzling visual performance for the people of Hong Kong as well as tourists from all over the world. It reached a new milestone as the Bike Dragon Dance.

為嚮應香港旅遊發展局年度盛事「香港美酒佳餚月」,第三屆「赤柱廣場國際美食音樂節」已於11月及12月初共4個周末盛大舉行。今屆的美食音樂節以狂歡派對為焦點,首次注入流行的「Battle」元素,大玩「派對遊戲大激鬥」。不同國籍的表演者亦送上連場精彩演出為挑戰者打氣,將派對氣氛推上高峰! 精采節目包括來自韓國的功夫音樂廚房、創意花式調酒表演,以及動感十足的音樂和舞蹈表演。

活動期間,赤柱廣場的露天廣場特設POP-UP-BAR,提供8款以不同國家為主題的手工特飲供參與人士換領,讓大家於美麗海傍全情享受繽紛週末。

As part of the “Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival” organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, The Link organised the 3rd “Stanley Plaza World of Food and Music” party during four weekends in November and early December. The party theme included a “battle” component, new to the event in 2013. During the party, a variety of music and dance shows were staged by different performers from around the world, including the Korean comedy show JUMP-KUNG FU MUSIC KITCHEN, as well as a creative flair performance and music and dance performances.

During the festival, there was also a POP-UP BAR offering eight different special drinks with themes from various countries, enabling visitors to enjoy a series of fun-filled weekends along the promenade with an international array of wines and delicacies!

領匯全力支持的南區年度盛事「2013年南區旅遊文化節」已經圓滿結束,2013年 12月29日於領匯赤柱廣場舉行了閉幕典禮,吸引數千人參與,為這一年一度的盛事劃上圓滿句號。

閉幕禮當天,赤柱廣場化身藝術廣場,設置多個特色活動攤位,更預備了一連串精彩的街頭表演節目助興。此外,赤柱酒吧街更設有來自世界各地的啤酒及特色小食,讓一眾參加人士可細意品嚐環球美饌。而「長幼同堂盆菜宴」更鼓勵家庭成員與長者一同享用已被列入本港非物質文化遺產項目的傳統盆菜,並安排專業攝影師為參加家庭拍攝全家福靚相,讓一家大小於醉人美景下共聚天倫,同時推動長幼共融。

The Southern District Tourism and Culture Festival 2013, a great annual event organised by the Southern District with full support from The Link, came to a successful close on 29 December, which was attended by thousands of people brought the event to its finale.

At the closing ceremony, Stanley Plaza was transformed into an arts venue where a number of activity booths were set up, followed by a series of exciting street performances. Visitors were also treated to an array of food and beer from around the world along Stanley Main Street. A “Pun Choy Banquet for Families” was hosted to encourage family members of all ages to enjoy the traditional dinner together.

於11月15至17日,一連串清新的音樂在樂富廣場及赤柱廣場徐徐響起。領匯與香港當代無伴奏合唱協會三度攜手合辦的「亞洲無伴奏音樂節2013」,多隊來自亞洲地區包括南韓、新加坡、中國、澳門及香港的優秀無伴奏合唱組合,以最天然的優美歌聲配合無伴奏演唱風格,演繹多首名曲,觸動樂迷的心靈。連日活動吸引超過2,000人參與。
 

在音樂節首日舉行的「港澳大專無伴奏合唱比賽2013」,由十隊分別來自本地及內地大專院校的無伴奏合唱隊伍進行連場激鬥,最後由香港大學的Mosaic 勝出。今年的音樂節更首次加入了「全港首個大型無伴奏音樂快閃」及注入流行的Battle元素,神秘的無伴奏人聲快閃團在兩個商場內穿梭,即席邀請在場人士合唱,而「無伴奏x 跳舞大激鬥」則邀請了現場觀眾於無伴奏音樂下比舞,讓大家親身體驗這股清新的音樂文化,與大眾攜手享樂。今年再度與咖啡連鎖店Starbucks﹑Pacific Coffee及Caffe HABITU合作推廣, 並於大專院校宣傳, 嶄新的宣傳渠道吸引大批年輕樂迷親臨欣賞, 讓無伴奏音樂氣氛升溫!

Lok Fu Plaza and Stanley Plaza were filled with the beauty of a cappella music between 15 and 17 November. The Link partnered with the Contemporary A Cappella Society of Hong Kong and Macau for the third consecutive year to present the Asia A Cappella Festival 2013.This three-day annual music event included groups from across Asia, who sang a cappella songs, wowing audiences with their vocal range and ability. Over 2,000 people participated in the event.

The Inter-college A Cappella Competition 2013 was held on the first day of the festival. After a fierce competition between the ten distinguished a cappella groups from Hong Kong and China, Mosaic from The University of Hong Kong was crowned the champion.

Adding even more excitement to the festival were intermittent performances by Hong Kong’s first a cappella flash mob and a newly added “battle” component, which saw a cappella and dance coming together as audience members were invited to have a dance-off to a cappella music.

This year’s festival again featured joint promotions with Starbucks, Pacific Coffee and caffe HABITU. In addition, a new promotion channel was introduced in university segment, which successfully drew many students and youngsters to participate in this event and helped to spread the a cappella spirit to everyone in attendance!

2013年12月,領匯首度夥拍美國著名電動車製造商Tesla Motors,以The Link x Tesla Technology Drives為主題在赤柱廣場舉辦創新科技展覽,以嶄新手法演繹現今科技如何推動未來可持續發展。科技展覽吸引過萬名市民參觀,成功透過科技展品及互動遊戲,讓市民認識到先進科技如何保護地球資源及推動可持續發展。

該展覽的開幕禮於12月7日隆重舉行,Tesla Roadster車隊以超酷陣型率先駛往赤柱廣場為開幕禮打響頭炮,並由領匯主席蘇兆明、行政總裁王國龍、首席財務總監張利民及Tesla Motors代表主持開幕儀式,多位城中名人亦應邀出席活動,場面熱鬧。來自台灣的著名燈光舞團『 Light Fantasy™』更即席獻上以特色LED光學結合獨特舞蹈風格的表演,為高科技主題展覽牽起高潮。

是次展覽特別展出三項於日常生活中較易觸及的高科技,當中包括太陽能發電、納米技術及3D科研印刷,透過即場示範及實驗的形式解構各項科技的原理及其應用,以全新方式演繹高科技對未來可持續發展的影響。

為了進一步加深市民認識先進科技對可持續發展的貢獻,展覽亦包括了展出全港首個零碳項目 - 「零碳天地」的模型,並設有「無碳任務」互動遊戲,讓大眾了解日常生活中各種減碳方法。另外,今年初才正式抵港的美國著名電動5人房車Tesla Model S亦率先「駕臨」赤柱廣場,讓到場人士親身在赤柱體驗未來環保駕駛的樂趣。



The Link partnered for the first time with Tesla Motors, the famous electric vehicle manufacturer from the United States, to organise The Link x Tesla Technology Drives, a technology exhibition held at Stanley Plaza in December 2013. With over 10,000 people participated, the exhibition demonstrated how present day technologies help in supporting the sustainable growth and development of the world.

“The Link x Tesla Technology Drives Exhibition” kick-off ceremony was held on 7 December. A line-up of Tesla Roadsters paraded directly to The Link’s Stanley Plaza. It was an honour to have the kick-off ceremony chaired by Nicholas Sallnow-Smith, Chairman of The Link, George Hongchoy, Chief Executive Officer, and Andy Cheung, Chief Financial Officer, as well as representatives from Tesla Motors. Socialites in town were also invited, making the ceremony a great gala event. The climax of the ceremony was a performance by the renowned Taiwan light dance crew “Light Fantasy™”.

Through the use of interactive kiosks and live demonstrations, the exhibition showcased three technologies commonly seen in our daily lives: solar energy, nanotechnology and 3D printing technology. Visitors also participated in an interactive Zero Carbon Mission game, enabling them to gain a better understanding of various common carbon reduction methods. In addition, to enhance the public’s understanding of the contribution of technologies to sustainable living, Zero Carbon Building displayed state-of-the-art eco-building design and technologies used by the construction industry.

Although the Tesla Model S electric sedan is not scheduled to make its Hong Kong debut until early 2014, a display model was exhibited at Stanley Plaza and test drives were also available during the exhibition period.
