Quality Japanese F&B Brands Introduced to Link’s Malls

While visits to Japan may have been deterred by the travel restrictions triggered by the pandemic, high-quality Japanese F&B brands have joined Link’s malls in recent months, offering authentic Japanese cuisine locally at affordable prices and convenient locations.

Sushiro, Japan’s top-selling conveyor belt sushi brand originating from Osaka, has expanded to Lok Fu Place and Kai Tin Shopping Centre. The brand is keen to satisfy diners’ craving for new tastes with novel sushi dishes designed by culinary masters. Oreryu Tei, a new Japanese restaurant specialising in udon noodle dishes and managed by a Japanese chef, takes its cue from Hong Kong-style cart noodle vendors to offer diners the option to pick the ingredients and soup base for their udon bowl. Its outlets could be found at Temple Mall, TKO Gateway and Lok Fu Place.
