Management fee from tenants are mostly spent on the six major areas: staff costs, cleaning of shopping centres, security, provision of public facilities such as lighting, lifts, escalators, electricity and water of washrooms, repairs and maintenance of facilities, operational cost of common areas shared with other property owners and insurance. All these enhance the quality of shopping centres to the tenants' benefit.
