為設計藍本的主題式鬼屋「樂富廣場猛鬼別墅」,吸引大批市民入場挑戰十級驚慄,熱爆全城!
精心設計的猛鬼別墅,佔地近4,000平方呎,共有十間驚嚇房間,每個房間均隱藏著一個凶靈傳說。由前廳開始一路走到地牢廚房,冤魂隨時撲出,詭異的氣氛加上各種特別聲效及秘密機關,為訪客帶來十足「驚」喜。猛鬼別墅更特別設有兩條獨立路線及多重機關,讓參加者獨自闖關,驚嚇程度倍增!顧客於領匯旗下十個指定商場消費滿300港元,即可換領「鬼咁快套票」一套,率先以「特快優先通道」進入猛鬼別墅。
為了讓大眾投入萬聖節的熱鬧氣氛,今年首度將實景影像科技與捉鬼遊戲結合,顧客只需於手機下載捉鬼應用程式「猛鬼別墅@樂富廣場」,即可隨時隨地搜捕幽靈並與之合照,更可於社交網絡上載與朋友分享,成功帶動推廣效果。
樂富廣場同時設有「瘋狂嘉年華」,市民可參與搞鬼攤位遊戲,於嘩鬼化妝間變身鬼魅造型,欣賞萬聖節街頭魔術及嘩鬼巡遊等;而場內多間食肆亦響應推出期間限定的萬聖節美饌,賣相獨特﹑震撼味蕾,成功吸引一家大小光臨商場又玩又食,大獲好評。
Since 2011, The Link has operated the only free haunted house in Hong Kong, which has become one of the city's most popular Halloween attractions. This year, The Link once again created a brand new haunted house experience at Lok Fu Plaza, which was inspired by Malaysia's 18th century colonial Villa Nabila. The Lok Fu Plaza Dark Mansion contained approximately 4,000 square feet of spine-tingling fun. Large numbers of visitors came to put their courage to the test.
The well-designed haunted mansion comprised of 10 separate rooms, each associated with a chilling horror legend. Cinematic lighting, special sound effects and secret traps conjured a spooky atmosphere. Two individual routes with spine-chilling scenes were designed for visitors to walk through on their own. Shoppers who spent HK$300 or more at any one of The Link's 10 designated shopping centres could redeem one Express Package.
To add to the Halloween craze, The Link introduced a mobile ghost-hunting game with imaging technology. Players could take scary photos and share them with friends through social media, which helped to effectively promote the programme.
During the Halloween period, the Crazy Halloween Carnival was also held at Lok Fu Plaza, offering game booths, Halloween-themed make-up, street magic performances and parade. The Link also teamed up with Lok Fu Plaza's F&B tenants to offer tasty Halloween-themed treats, which were extremely popular with visitors.
「赤柱廣場海濱狗狗嘉年華2014」 過百狗主帶同愛犬 創世界紀錄
今個秋季,為響應每年逢9月舉行、並已有85年歷史的「國際狗狗週」,赤柱廣場特別於9月連續兩星期舉行全港最大型的寵物活動 - 「赤柱廣場海濱狗狗嘉年華2014」,宣揚愛護狗隻的訊息,並創新以「英雄狗狗」為活動主題,炮製一系列精彩又好玩的活動。除了攤位遊戲之外,狗主亦踴躍參加「超級狗狗英雄戰」比賽,讓愛犬挑戰多個考驗反應及活動機能的項目,贏取狗狗英雄美譽。活動更特別邀請專家為現場人士介紹與寵物溝通的有用貼士,三日活動共吸引逾千狗主與愛犬齊齊以不同英雄造型打扮出席,共度愉快周末。
赤柱廣場繼上年成功創下「最大規模的狗狗美容課」世界紀錄,今年領匯再接再厲,邀請狗狗挑戰「最多狗狗鼻子頂餅乾」健力士世界紀錄™,此乃第四度創寵物界壯舉,成為城中熱話。
大會同時與99busHK香港寵物巴士企劃合作,安排巴士接載超過700名狗主及愛犬往返赤柱廣場及多個市區地點,而每位乘客的車資,全數撥捐香港導盲犬服務中心,以支持其培訓發展工作,活動別具意義。
"PAWS by the Sea 2014" Over a Hundred Dog Lovers & Doggies Set a New Guinness Record
Riding on the 85th National Dog Week, an annual celebration of canine friends held in September, The Link held "PAWS by the Sea 2014" – the largest outdoor pet extravaganza in Hong Kong – at Stanley Plaza. Apart from promoting animal care, the event also launched a series of fun-filled "Doggie Hero" themed activities.
Doggies and their owners were invited to don their favorite superhero outfits and enjoy a series of interactive activities, including the "Doggie Hero Challenge", where doggies were assessed on their speed, agility and strength through games. Professional instructors were also invited to share their dog communication tips with dog lovers. These events attracted over a thousand dog lovers over the 3-day event period.
Following last year's tremendous Guinness World Record™ achievement of holding the "Largest Dog Grooming Lesson", Stanley Plaza once again invited canine friends to attempt a new world record for the "Most Dogs Balancing a Treat on the Nose". For the fourth consecutive year, over 100 dog lovers and their canine friends came together to challenge a new Guinness World Record™.
In addition, The Link partnered once again with "99 Bus HK" to offer a pet bus service for over 700 participants. All transportation fees collected from the passengers went towards the development of Hong Kong Seeing Eye Dog Services.
多元化嘉年華節目 為市民帶來驚喜
除了為愛狗人士而設的活動外,赤柱廣場於七至八月期間,夥拍多個團體推出一系列適合一家大小參加的免費親子活動,匯聚藝術、科技及生活元素,包括話劇表演、慈善嘉年華會、科學展覽和狗隻訓練班等,豐富市民的消閒體驗。
Fun-filled Carnival Surprises at Stanley Plaza
Apart from activities designed for dog lovers, Stanley Plaza worked with different organisations to organise a range of family-friendly events during July and August, including drama performances, charity carnival, technology exhibition and dog training classes. All activities were free of charge.
連續四年支持「香港國際海岸清潔運動」
今年的「香港國際海岸清潔運動2014」揭幕禮於9月20日假赤柱廣場舉行。領匯已連續第四年支持此活動,今年更擔任綠色夥伴, 呼籲市民關注日趨嚴重的海洋污染問題。活動當天,領匯亦派出義工聯同近百名學生,齊心清除堆積在赤柱正灘的廢物,身體力行推動環境可持續發展的工作。
Support "International Coastal Cleanup" for the 4th Consecutive Year
Stanley Plaza once again hosted the opening ceremony for "International Coastal Cleanup 2014" on 20 September. The Link has supported this event for four consecutive years. It was the first time for The Link to be Green Partner of the event to raise public awareness on marine pollution. On the day, The Link sent a team of volunteers to join nearly a hundred students to clean up rubbish on Stanley Beach. The Link aims to lead by example to develop sustainable communities.
領匯再度邀請旅遊食家紀曉華及其名廚好友Ricky Cheung張錦祥合作,以佳餚美酒為賣點,為大埔區及將軍澳區居民帶來「紀識嘆世界」。兩位食家名廚與多間飲食商戶合作,於現有菜餚中加入新元素,創作一系列名為「好識嘆菜式」的聯乘菜式,並親自設計多款「好識煮食譜卡」,啟發市民的烹飪巧思!食譜全以中文、英文、印尼文編製,方便愛煮食人士收藏。壓軸的「美酒盛宴夜」分別於8月22日及12月5日在富亨商場嘉年華海鮮酒家及南豐廣場百好宴會廳舉行,顧客只須於區內指定商場累計購物滿指定金額即可換領門票,紀曉華及 Ricky與兩間酒家的大廚合作炮製多款創意菜式,並與大家分享葡萄美酒與粵菜的配搭心得,為「紀識嘆世界」牽起高潮。
The Link once again partnered with Walter Kei and his friend, renowned chef Ricky Cheung, to proudly present its delicious "Gourmet in Style" dining initiative for customers in Tai Po and Tseung Kwan O. The two gourmands teamed up with various F&B outlets to create a range of dishes. They also designed a series of recipe cards to ignite home cooks' creativity. Recipe cards are printed in Chinese, English and Indonesian, and make a great addition to any recipe collection. The highlight of "Gourmet in Style" was a "Wine Pairing Banquet" hosted at Fu Heng Shopping Centre and Nan Fung Plaza on 22 August and 5 December respectively. Customers with certain accumulated spending in designated shopping centres could gain tickets for the banquet. Kei & Cheung collaborated with the chefs of two Chinese restaurants to serve up a delicious menu of innovative dishes along with tips on how to best match Cantonese cuisines with the right wines.

The Link partnered with tenants and launched a series of brochure for the Tin Shui Wai Foodies Programme. Riding on the success of the programme's Summer Series, the recently launched Autumn Series brought new experiences that complement the drier season. The brochure introduced special dishes at Chinese F&B outlets in The Link's Tin Shui Wai shopping centres, with a set of promotional coupons. One of the coupons could be used to redeem a mystery lucky bag. Shoppers who spent HK$200 or more in designated shopping centres of The Link could redeem one mystery lucky bag by presenting the same-day machine-printed receipt with the coupon.

The Link partnered with Minute Maid®, a Coca-Cola beverage brand, for the first time to present The Link x Minute Maid® Refresh™ Summer Campaign at fresh markets. Throughout July and August, people played games at The Link's 13 participating fresh markets for the chance to receive a free sample of Minute Maid's® new Honey Pomelo Juice. The campaign was very popular with the public and attracted over 3,000 people to participate each day.

Every Christmas, The Link creates a uniquely spectacular holiday experience. This year, The Link is teaming up with Disney Channel (Hong Kong) to throw a magical Xmas party. For the first time in Asia, eight of Disney Channel's most popular cartoon characters appeared together in the 10,000-plus square foot outdoor party venue at The Link's Lok Fu Plaza. Disney Channel's Sofia the First and Phineas & Ferb make their debut in Asia
In addition to Asia's first Sofia the First Royal Garden and Phineas & Ferb Mad Lab in the party zone, the characters will fly to Asia for the first time to celebrate Disney Channel's 10th anniversary. Fans will get a chance to meet their favourite characters up close and personal.
Starting from 1 December 2014, shoppers who accrue HK$1,000 spending at Lok Fu Plaza can redeem a pass to visit the party venue and a special Disney Channel 10th anniversary souvenir. Shoppers who spend over HK$ 100 will get a chance to enter the Magical Xmas Lucky Draw, with a chance to win HK$10,000 spending credit on The Link x Dah Sing Happy Visa credit card.

The annual "The Link Student Promotion" is back and is extended to 10 shopping centres this academic year, bringing a wider range of trendy shopping privileges and experiences to more students.
