香港渣打馬拉松已成為年度體壇盛事,其「領袖盃」更吸引政商界領袖踴躍參與。領匯管理層中不乏運動愛好者,首席財務總監張利民今年首度參賽「領袖盃」,並取得第七名的佳績。
Political and business leaders put aside their busy schedules for a competitive "Leaders Cup" event at the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon. The Link recorded strong results this year, with CFO Andy Cheung finishing the race in seventh place.
十四位熱愛運動的同事在去年12月13日參與於白石角海濱長廊舉行的「萬科城市樂跑賽」,出戰「男女子5公里企業組」賽事。參賽同事表示,活動除了是個人的挑戰,來自多個部門的同事互相鼓勵扶持,大部分於30分鐘內完成賽程,充分體現團隊精神。行政總裁王國龍及多名同事當天亦有到場為健兒打氣。
Fourteen colleagues took part in the 5-kilometre corporate team challenge at the "Run for Fun" event held by Vanke at Pak Shek Kok Promenade on 13 December 2014. The Link's team spirit was in full display, with participating colleagues rooting for each other. CEO George Hongchoy and a number of colleagues came to cheer for the runners, most of whom finished the race within 30 minutes.

《房地產投資信託基金守則》近期修訂,容許房託從事物業發展活動,房託會否因此變成地產商?
Will the recent REIT Code amendments allowing REITs to undertake property development activities turn REITs into property developers?
該《守則》修訂容許房託於開發初期購入項目,並要求最少持有物業兩年,而且限制發展活動佔資產極低比例(10%), 因此業務性質維持物業投資,跟發展商截然不同。房託有能力從事發展活動,可以透過設計及興建物業,以強化其資產組合。
The amendments enable REITs to acquire projects at an earlier stage, and require REITs to hold the developed property for a minimum of two years and keep development activities under 10% of gross asset value. REITs will continue to engage in property investment, and their business nature will remain vastly different from that of developers. The ability to develop allows REITs to design and build properties to add to their portfolio over time.
