領匯年度賀年盛事Happy CNRide「領匯單車行大運」,於農曆年初三舉行,與大批市民以既健康又熱鬧的方式慶賀羊年新歲,推廣單車運動之餘,更為區內「能源貧窮戶」出力及支持綠色低碳生活。

The Link hosted its annual "Happy CNRide" on the third day of Chinese New Year, attracting thousands of citizens to usher in the new year in an energetic way, while giving support to energy-poor households and promoting a greener lifestyle in Hong Kong.

「單車行大運」全程貫連領匯屯門至天水圍區商場鄰近之單車徑,並以天瑞商場為終點。近1000名參加者欣賞沿途美景之餘,更於設在領匯商場的開運站大玩新春遊戲,為羊年帶來好運氣。

壓軸活動「單車舞火龍」於晚上舉行,一眾單車愛好者駕著繫上光帶的單車,配合全港唯一集合環保、傳統紮龍手藝及手繪藝術的LED燈特製單車龍頭及龍尾,組成色彩斑爛的夜光火龍,穿梭天水圍夜空,為市民送上歡樂與祝福,場面壯觀耀目。大批市民到場見證此項新春創舉,氣氛熱烈。

Taking place at cycling tracks near The Link's shopping centres in Tuen Mun and Tin Shui Wai, and with a finish point at Tin Shui Shopping Centre, the colourful bike parade gave 1,000 participants the unique opportunity to indulge in beautiful scenery while playing games at "lucky points" for an auspicious new year. The event reached its peak when bike enthusiasts formed a "bike dragon" and staged the annual fluorescent dragon dance, lighting up the city.

Chinese New Year Carnival Promotes a Greener Lifestyle

同場舉行專為小朋友而設的「小羊羊三輪車挑戰賽」,讓親子一同參與,共享天倫。參加者均為2至4歲小童,角逐「最開心全能小羊羊」等多個獎項。

Kids aged between 2 and 4 dressed up and rode tricycles to contend for "The Most Awesome Little Lamb Award" as part of the "Little Lambs Trike Challenge", enjoying a fun occasion with their parents.

活動當日更有「開心新春嘉年華」,透過綠色攤位遊戲宣揚環保訊息,並呈獻一連串特色表演節目,包括單車花式表演、「狂舞派」街頭舞、菲律賓MassKara 60人特色舞表演及LED水鼓舞表演,為新一年增添歡樂氣氛。

The "Happy CNRide" carnival was also organised on the same day to promote a greener lifestyle through game booths. A series of dynamic performances were given to "wow" the crowd, including an artistic cycling performance, a street dance by "The Way We Dance", dance performance by Bacolod City Masskara from the Philippines and a LED water drum show.

領匯「單車舞火龍」表演,以全新設計的領匯「單車火龍」,於年初一再度登上香港旅遊發展局主辦之新春國際匯演之夜。領匯員工及單車愛好者共80人組成的單車巡遊隊伍,在單車花式特技選手帶領下一同演出,於尖沙咀繁華夜市舞動單車夜光火龍,為市民及旅客發送開心能量。

The Link's "Bike Dragon" dance again made its appearance in the Chinese New Year night parade, organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board. A bike parade team comprising 80 enthusiasts and employees, together with skilled bike stunt performers, danced along the bustling streets of Tsim Sha Tsui on the first night of Chinese New Year to bring positive energy to the public and tourists.

Cycling to Support Households in Need

根據調查,本港有約14萬個「能源貧窮戶」,大多因經濟困難未能購買合適電器而生活受影響。領匯首次結合「環保」與「扶貧」,邀請世界綠色組織聯手合作,於二月新春期間舉行「開心單車送暖行動」,由領匯單車義工隊以騎乘單車方式將領匯捐出的節能電器,送贈予屯門及天水圍區的「能源貧窮戶」,減輕其電費負擔,為環保及社區出一分力。今年「單車行大運」參加者所累積的單車里數更轉化為共100,000港元善款,支持世界綠色組織繼續購買節能電器,延續「開心單車送暖行動」。

There are currently around 140,000 energy-poor households in Hong Kong, with the occupiers' lives adversely affected by financial difficulties. The Link's cycling volunteer team delivered electrical appliances donated by The Link to each household to help alleviate their electricity bill burden. The mileage accumulated by "Happy CNRide" participants was converted into a donation of HK$100,000 to support World Green Organisation, in order to purchase more electrical appliances for this worthwhile cause.

「環保單車火龍」二月初率先在樂富廣場展出,讓公眾踏單車為火龍龍頭儲備電能。火龍以「建設開心社區」為設計主題,融合中國民間手藝及西方手繪藝術,而單車車身,則利用舊單車重新裝嵌,同樣貼合環保原則。

The brand-new dragon bike, blended with green elements, paper-mache art and hand-painted art, was on display at Lok Fu Plaza in February. Members of the public were invited to ride on the green bikes to generate and store energy for lighting up the bike dragon head.

領匯今個新春特別呈獻一套四款以「三代同堂」為主題的利是封,以獨特的畫風展現三代共融的歡欣景象。每款利是封均可變成為賀年揮春,為一家大小送上祝賀。

The Link has prepared a set of four lai see packets with the theme of "three generations living happily together" for redemption. They can also be used as spring festival couplets.

透過旗下龐大物業網絡,領匯大力支持綠領行動「利是封回收重用大行動」,於春節後在100個商場設置利是封回收點,更於社區派出新生利是封,以減少新利是封的耗用,並將福氣承傳下去。

領匯亦簽署綠領行動推出的「環保利是封」約章,承諾減少生產利是封的數量,設計亦以促進重用和回收為原則。

Leveraging its vast property network, The Link has supported Greeners Action's lai see packet recycle and reuse campaign by providing collection points at 100 shopping centres after Chinse New Year, as well as distributing recycled packets to reduce the consumption of new packets. The Link has also signed the "Green Lai See Packets" charter, pledging to adopt a packet design that promotes reuse and recycling.

樂富街市於2014年10月起一連三個月推出「週末美食市集」活動,慶祝以嶄新形象開業一周年。活動特別夥拍多個街市檔戶,除提供連串優惠外,更由一群年輕烹飪愛好者化身成「新一代廚師兵團」,運用檔戶新鮮食材即席炮製多款美食供顧客免費試食,務求令顧客食得開心又買得暢快,為商戶帶來更多商機。

活動期間更有網絡素菜烹飪紅人素媽媽、粵菜名廚羅有昌師傅及星級大廚李浩邦師傅,即席示範及分享下廚心得,為顧客帶來不一樣的買餸新體驗。

To celebrate the first anniversary of its refurbishment, The Link's Lok Fu Market launched a 3-month Weekend Foodfest starting from 25 October 2014, bringing a fresh foodie experience to shoppers. Visitors tasted food prepared by young foodies with produce sourced in the market, while renowned chefs gave live demonstrations and shared healthy eating tips.

為推廣何文田街市各式乾貨、濕貨及熟食檔戶,領匯於去年12月舉辦「考眼界送大禮」活動。顧客消費滿20元,即可獲商戶蓋印一個。集齊兩個不同類別商戶蓋印,即可參加考眼界遊戲,有機會贏取精美禮品,包括真空煲、影碟機及智能手提電話。

In order to promote the shopping choices at Homantin Market, a promotion programme was held in December 2014. By making a purchase of HK$20 or more at two different stalls, market customers were able to participate in a game for the chance to win fabulous prizes, including vacuum cooker, DVD player and smartphone.

海富商場完成優化工程,擴闊零售餐飲選擇,提升設施,為居民提供更稱心滿意的購物選擇。為慶祝開幕,商場推出消費獎賞活動,更由去年12月至2015年3月期間呈獻連串精彩節慶表演及美食活動,多個商戶亦有響應,提供多項購物優惠。

Apart from enhancing facilities, the newly renovated Hoi Fu Shopping Centre introduced a number of new retailers and eateries offering local flavours, and added a number of new facilities. In celebrating its opening in December in 2014, the shopping centre launched a shopping incentive programme, and ran a series of festive performances until March 2015.

為響應香港旅遊發展局年度盛事「香港美酒佳餚月」,領匯連續第四年舉辦「赤柱廣場國際美食音樂節」,更別開生面以「飛」嚐滋味派對為主題。

多個國際音樂及舞蹈精英團隊,於去年11月內四個周末獻技,表演項目包括肯肯舞、非洲鼓、森巴舞、百老匯舞蹈、古巴樂隊、巴西鼓、花式調酒及無伴奏表演等。首次現身香港的巨型甜品香味氣球更於場內飛天巡遊,加上甜品Pop-Up-Bar炮製出藝術般的特色甜品,為大眾帶來嶄新的4D體驗!

For the fourth consecutive year, The Link played host to "Stanley Plaza World of Food and Music", to echo with "Hong Kong Wine and Dine Month". With a "4D Multi-sensory Feast" theme, the event dazzled all the senses during four weekends in November 2014, with giant floating patisseries giving off a delectable scent, a spectacular line-up of international performances, exciting party games, as well as a Dessert Pop-up Bar offering delicious desserts.

「赤柱廣場國際美食音樂節」,以全港首創的慈善SPARKLING WALK作為壓軸活動,門票收益全數撥捐香港遺傳性乳癌家族資料庫,支持其年度慈善活動「第四屆粉紅高踭鞋慈善競跑比賽」,讓參加者在品嚐味美酒佳餚之時成就美事。

"Stanley Plaza World of Food and Music" closed with the first Sparkling Walk in Hong Kong to support the annual charitable event Race with Pink Heels. Wine and dessert lovers were able to enjoy champagne and sparkling wines paired with scrumptious desserts. Proceeds were donated to the Hong Kong Hereditary Breast Cancer Family Registry.

「鑽的」抬『鑽轎』比賽 推動社區共融

Promotes Harmony in the Community

別開生面的「抬『鑽轎』比賽」,由「鑽的」舉辦、領匯協辦,於去年12月7日假赤柱廣場舉行,活動既富娛樂性,又能推動傷健共融。參加者所抬的「鑽轎」特別為輪椅使用者設計,讓他們能夠一同參與比賽,感受熱鬧競賽氣氛。活動吸引了超過80名傷健跑手及義工參與,出心出力為輪椅使用者帶來創新的運動樂趣。

Organised by Diamond Cab together with The Link, the Diamond Sedan Competition was held at Stanley Plaza on 7 December 2014. Over 80 athletes of all abilities took part in the competition, which aimed to promote a more inclusive culture. Sedans were specially designed to enable wheelchair users to participate in this joyful event.
